Terrific house and really is just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Pensacola.House had all amenities to make our week enjoyable. Very nice touches we’ve not seen in other rentals, hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, extra rolls of toilet paper, and paper towels and fully stocked kitchen! Not having to buy any extras was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated.The beds were comfortable, linens soft and bathroom towels thick. All details were thought of and not skimped on with this rental.One note, the man cave separate entrance is only accessible from that entrance, no access from main house. It wasn’t an issue for us, daughter loved having her own space, just something to be aware of.All in all a great house for a week in beautiful Pensacola!

Beautiful house & they provided anything you can think of! Very, very clean! The hosts were excellent to communicate with. The location is perfect distance between the ocean & bay. Quiet neighborhood which was perfect & they have outside cameras, which made me feel even safer Will definitely try to stay here again.

We had such a great time at this rental!! It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and stuff to cook with also. The beach was just a short 5 minute walk which was awesome!!

We loved this property! It was very clean and had lots of amenities that made our stay extremely enjoyable. We appreciated the beach accessories like a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and toys and that the beach is just a short walk from the house. The master bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous and very roomy. This house was an excellent choice for our extended family getaway and the hosts were very accommodating and provided great communication.

Our stay here was great! The space is spacious and very clean. Our daughter just graduated and turned 18 so the game room downstairs was perfect for her to have her own space. The location is perfectly placed away from the hustle of the primary beach area and away from noise but close enough that it’s not too far away. Beach access is just a small walk away.

Great Vacation Rental

My family had a wonderful time at the house. We walked to the beach everyday. It was about 2 blocks from the house. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. I contacted the owner about adjusting the thermostat and she responded right away. They were wonderful to work with. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a vacation home near the beach.

Family Beach Trip

This was a fantastic property just steps from the beach! A perfect spot for watching the Blue Angels perform! The home was clean, well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was a great area for our fur babies to run and play. We will definitely stay again!

A great place for friends to gather.

We had three couples. One couple had their dog, so the fenced in back yard was a blessing. The beds were very comfortable. I slept better than I had in months. They provide just about everything you need. It was great. The kitchen is organized well and stocked with everything you need, except the food. There are only a few things that you might want to consider, to be sure this house works for you. One thing that I wasn't aware of (it was probably stated in description, but I overlooked it) is that the stairs to the Man Cave are outside. It worked out well, for us, because the weather was great for our entire stay. Just something to consider. Speaking of stairs, all the stairs and decks are very well maintained. They seem to be new. Another consideration is that the hot tub is fairly small and it is deep. It seats 4 and if you 5'4" or under, as we ladies are, you may not be able to sit on the bottom. lol If you have small children that need a tub and not a shower, keep in mind that the tub is a soaker tub and is pretty deep. It would be difficult for bathing toddlers. Also, if you might want to consider bringing some hangers. They had some, but not a lot. I borrowed some from the bunk room, which we didn't use. Each closet has a couple of those folding stands for suitcases. Those are very handy. The bunk room looks amazing! I did see a high chair in the master closet. It was a very nice one.

Great Beach Stay

We enjoyed our stay on the beach. We had plenty of room for family and to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house was stocked, clean, and decorated beautifully. The hosts were very gracious and great communicators.

October Wedding Weekend

4 couples comfortably stayed here for weekend trip for a wedding! It was very spacious, clean, and seemed to have everything we needed! The area was quiet and peaceful. We loved being a short walk from the beach and having all the beach supplies available to use. We all wish we could have spent more time here!

Perfect getaway

We stayed at this beautiful house for our 30th anniversary. It is so warm and inviting. The lower level deck was where we spent most of our time if we weren’t on the beach. The first morning as we all gathered around the breakfast table we realized we all thought the same thing… the beds were so comfortable! My niece and her husband absolutely loved the “mancave” as their room. We couldn’t have chosen a better beach house to celebrate our 30 years! I definitely recommend this house for a perfect getaway.

Wonderful Stay!

This house is so well stocked. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, this is the place. They have all the cooking and dining stuff you need. They make sure everything you could need is there. Beach stuff, towels, games, everything. It's a lovely spot and incredibly clean. Right by a trolley stop so you can easily get to anywhere on the island. I highly recommend this property!
