This house has everything. It's a beautiful setting on the bay. Just bring your clothes and groceries. The pool and hot tub were nice to cool off after the ocean. Would highly recommend for a large family.

Excellent Place To Stay

We stayed here with three couples and the children/teens (4) The house had enough room for everyone to hang out and relax. The backyard pool area with bar and TV was great. We ended up with not the best beach weather so this house had everything to relax and enjoy the company! Super clean and right by the beach. The golf carts were also a hit!

Wisco-Floribama Family Spring Break ‘25

Palacio de Panferio was a dream —such a magical backdrop for an unbelievable family Spring Break trip!Although prior occupants were pretty rough on the property, Chris & Kevin were so accommodating and communicative. Wish there was just one more separate sleeping room for our next sans-kids vacation, but for our families/5 kids, this setup was fantastic (bunk room is a kid’s dream come true)! Would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful property but with issues

We rented the property to attend my husbands graduation. The house was an excellent find that would support the whole family, sleeping 16. There were games available for use and the bikes and golf carts were wonderful to have available. Unfortunately there were several issues with discrepancies with the listing. The fireplace did not work, pool fire pits did not work and the elevator would trip every use to every other use. The elevator was needed to support my elderly mother in law. The management company/repair gentleman was very friendly and supportive doing what he could to fix the issue. The VRBO listing stated the pool was heated but we found once in the home that this came with a 100/day additional charge. Because the fireplace was out of order the management team granted use of the pool for the remaining 2 days or our week long stay. The bunk beds are in desperate need of updating, the beds were thin, feeling the springs or underneath structure. The location was good for what we needed, view was remarkable. The kids loved fishing off the private dock. Overall the house worked for what we needed with cooking for the family ect but considering the total cost for the week was a bit disappointed with the challenges.

Amazing home - top notch amenities!

We enjoyed this beautiful home on the water for three nights in October! The entire set up was perfect for our needs, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the golf carts. One of our friends even brought their boat over and tied up at the dock. I would highly recommend and we plan on staying there again next year! Five star service on the management company as well. Thank you again!

Better by the bay

Originally, I wanted a house on the beach side but couldn’t find one that suited our needs. Went ahead and booked this house on the bay side and we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed the house. So much to do! The paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the pool with the bay in the background. It was perfect! House is roomy, clean and the management is very responsive and caring. We did have an A/C issue in the upstairs bedrooms, they came out right away and tried to fix it the best they could, but it wasn't going to get resolved until after we left due to parts, so they did give us some compensation which was a kind gesture. We would definitely stay here again!

Panferio Palace friends trip

Gorgeous property! We were hoping for better weather to enjoy Pensacola but the house was beautiful and so we were able to really enjoy being together inside. Chris was very attentive and prompt with any questions we had. Thanks for sharing this beautiful palace!

Excellent for family vacation

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palacio de Panferio. The house is definitely a palace and came as advertised. The view of the bay is beautiful, and the ocean was just a couple minutes away via the golf carts. We spent a lot of time on the huge patio and in the pool and hot tub. Everything about the inside of the house was top notch as well. Thank you for giving our family the gift of a great vacation!

Beautiful house!! Gorgeous getaway!

Perfect house for a family vacation! Lots of room/space for everyone to hang out together. The kids LOVED the heated pool. They said it was the best vacation ever!! Huge kitchen with lots of space for cooking meals. The elevator is perfect for my dad who uses a wheelchair and cannot climb stairs. Plenty of things to do when we had a day of rain. Fast communication from Kevin. Also loved the location (near shopping and restaurants)- we will definitely be back! This house has it all.

Amazing vacation !!!!

The house and management team were amazing !!!! Chris and Kevin run an amazing operation, both responsive and professional. The house was incredible for myself and my family. Honestly most of us never went to the beaches in town as there was so much to do at the house with the dock, small beach at the back of the house and of course the pool, hot tub and balconies …… the home was well stocked with everything you need to make the best memories

Great place

Great place to stay right on the water. Tons of things to do at the house including kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, air hockey, pool, hot tub, and 2 golf carts make a trip to beach or restaurants take just a couple of minutes. Had issue with air conditioner our first night that was quickly taken care of. Had a great time with family coming in from all over the country.

Beautiful family stay & wedding reception

We just recently stay the last week in this beautiful home. We were looking for the perfect place for all of our bridesmaids to stay and hangout and relax before our wedding day. The house is absolutely stunning and had many perks to come along with it! The infinity pool was gorgeous, bar area, lounge area, pool tables, kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards, golf carts, beach towels and more!!! They had everything you could need and want in the house already waiting. The views of the water (Sunrise & Sunset) from every bedroom are breath taking! We had our wedding reception here after, very small about 45/50 people in total. It was a PERFECT space to have our family and friends celebrate us and enjoy a night of dancing & good food and amazing views!! We will absolutely be making this home a yearly vacation spot to relive the memories we made there!!! Thank you all for being so accommodating for us, we enjoyed this stay so so so much!!
