Comfortable and Great Views (but needs a little attention)

We’ve vacationed at Portofino for twenty years. Tower 3 and the units ending in 7 are our favorites due to the unobstructed views of the bay and gulf. Overall, the unit was very nice with comfortable beds and furniture but it was the more “neglected” of the units we’ve ever rented. No material updates have been done (yet rates are higher than ever). The white sofas are very dirty and need cleaning or slipcovers. The patio furniture had rusted and collapsed. Maintenance visited but determined the furniture could not be repaired and requires replacing. Lastly, the patio/balcony has some “concerning” jacks seemingly providing structural support. That said, it was a typical relaxing stay. The condos are spacious and views are amazing. We fully enjoyed our visit.

Great experience

Condo was beautiful, the deck is huge and views spectacular. Would go back anytime. Staff at pool and beach were great....all enjoyed our stay immensely

Balcony is great and spacious, but amenities within the unit could be improved

The balcony was great - it's huge and we could all hang out there and have a nice morning and evening. The lighting in the kitchen and family room is awful - we couldn't even see our cards so had to improvise to play a card game at the kitchen table. There are no extras of anything - blankets, sheets, etc. The beds were not comfortable (only one person of the four of us said it was "OK"). The small door from the master bedroom didn't work; the larger door worked, but the shades were broken and left down, so we couldn't use any door in the master bedroom. We have always stayed in a unit that was owned by someone other than the property managers and I would definitely go back to that next time. This had more of a hotel-ish feel than our normal Portofino stay. I would go back and stay here, but I would definitely look into other properties first.

Wedding visit

Our family enjoyed our stay at Portofino resort while visiting for a wedding in Pensacola. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Accommodations were comfortable.

Great, private and spacious layout

This property was clean and spacious, had a perfect layout for privacy for all families .......perfect for our family. The overall resort was wonderful!! The only complaint was the room with just one queen (which felt more like a regular) bed. It was sunk in the middle, which caused us to automatically role to the middle and was not comfortable to sleep on at all.

50th Birthday Celebration

The size of the unit was great for our party of 10 with 2 using the sofa bed. The closets are large which is great fir all the luggage and view was fabulous. We had a great view and access to the patio from every room. We hung out on the patio vs going out many nights of our stay. The process to rent beach chairs were easy as well.

Spacious & Beautiful

Resort property has everything you need and not too far of a drive from downtown Pensacola for a night out. The place looks as good, if not better, than the photos. Everything seemed relatively new. Easy check-in/out process. We were there during the last weekend of Feb/start of March and very few people were there and on the beach, felt like you had the place to yourselves. Would 100% stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Luxury condo with Panoramic Ocean Views from each bedroom

This Portofino Island vacation home is luxurious! It is a corner condo with wrap around deck. Each bedroom has slider access to the deck with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The furnishings and layout are ideal for gathering of friends/family and don't forget to take the short walk to the white sand beach for those beautiful sunset photos to document the memories. Guest services are ready to help with any question or need. I will definitely be back!
