  • Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is a 12 story luxury Condominium. Our well appointed condo is located on the 3rd floor (3A) with views of Little Sabine Bay from the open living area as well as both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the additional bedroom has a queen. The living room has a brand new queen sofa sleeper and the new chair & 1/2 pulls out to a twin bed. Both sleepers have upgraded Gel Foam mattress. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convince. Available upon request include beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cart/wagon, and cooler! Baby items upon request as well.

    The complex faces the Gulf in the front and Little Sabine Bay in the back. There are tennis / pickleball and basketball courts, shuffleboard and a large pool that over look the boat dock and Little Sabine Bay. Guest are welcome to use the boat ramp at no charge. Slips can be rented on a weekly basis if available. You can also enjoy the well equip fitness center and sauna. A walking / bike path runs in front of the complex and can take you on a 5 min walk to the center of Pensacola Beach (lots of restaurants, shopping, mini golf, bars and nightlife) Or jump on the free trolly(memorial day weekend through Labor Day weekend) that will take you all over the beach. A trolly stop is located at the front entrance of Sabine.
    The white sand beach entrance is located to the right of the Holiday Inn.

Laura has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay!If there was a 5 plus I would give her that! From cleanliness to kitchen extras to beach supplies this was an exceptional stay! We will book again!

We love this place, it is very clean, Laura is a great host who goes beyond what is expected in all areas! The beach is wonderful, with views of the the Little Sabine off the the back porch! The kitchen has everything you need and a few things you probably didn't know you needed until you got there LOL!This is our second year at the condo and we are planning a three-peat next year!

This property is owner managed and they are wonderful! Very responsive and the property was excellent! Very clean and very nice! I have to say we will return if it is available the next time we vacation here!I highly recommend it!!

We had a great time at Pat and Laura’s place! It was very clean and well thought out. It was everything we needed for our stay. It has a fantastic view and is located extreme close to the boardwalk and beach. It provided us with a very comfortable stay.

The rental was immaculate and the host was very responsive. We were able to relax without a worry. The location is great. The view is great. Everything we needed for an amazing trip was there. I have zero complaints and would recommend this rental and the host 100%. 10/10

Our stay at the Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club was AMAZING! The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. The host was over-the-top accommodating! I wasn’t sure what to expect with beach gear, but the property had a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand mats, coolers, and sand toys, which made everything so much easier when it came to our beach experience. We appreciated the extra toiletries, especially since my husband left behind his shaving cream. The walk to the beach was fairly close and rides on the “tips only” golf carts were quick because we were close to the restaurants and shops. Our host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommended!

Perfect location

Our stay was absolutely perfect! It had absolutely everything you needed and wanted to enjoy your stay. Laura was exceptional host. We were even able to see the amazing firework show from the balcony. Definitely will stay again!

The was an absolutely beautiful unit. It was tastefully decorated and the owners were great to work with. The little extras (a basketball, chairs, wagon, etc.) were very appreciated. The view of the sound was fantastic and the location was wonderful, just far enough off the main street to get away from the busy traffic, but only a couple minutes from the action if you desire. Perfect in every way. I highly recommend this property.
