We had a fantastic stay! The condo was perfect. Everything was exactly as advertised in the listing and more. Surprising extras included plenty of great beach towels, very well-stocked kitchen, and really nice bath/shower products. Our grandkids loved it! The ability to have access to both the bay and the gulf was perfect. We rented a boat and were able to load/unload right off the pier on the private beach. The kids didn't want to leave! We'll be back!

This was our 1st trip w/my in-laws & this place couldn't have been any more perfect. My MIL would not stop complimenting the place. We've rented through VRBO/Home Away for years & this has been the first place that had absolutely everything we needed - beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, & more! What sold me between this unit & another unit within the complex were the two full size sofas. We wanted a place where we could all sit together & watch a movie or play games & the size of the sofas allowed for that. We look forward to staying here again!

Amazing Trip!

We will definitely be back to this property. It was immaculate and perfect for our family. We loved the direct access to the bay and the pool. The beach is a short walk. This condo had everything that we needed in order to enjoy our stay. Sheri was amazing to work with.

Beautiful and Spacious Condo!

We had a great stay at Islands End at Boardwalk. The condo was clean, spacious, and just as pictured. You can tell all areas of the condo have been recently updated and lots of thought and care went into the details. The kitchen was great, it was well stocked with all the basics and several extras. There were so many nice touches throughout the condo: lots of towels, extra toiletries in the bathrooms, games and puzzles, comfortable beds, blackout curtains, a large selection of beach items, an outdoor shower right at the front door, and so much more. There are two brand new decks, and outdoor space on the ground level as well. The layout: 1st floor - foyer, outdoor closet with lots of beach items.2nd floor -living room, kitchen, half bath, and laundry. 3rd floor - 2 bedrooms, both with a full bath. The 1st floor outdoor space includes parking and a covered sitting area. The 2nd and 3rd floors both have spacious decks with sitting areas.FYI, there are a fair amount of stairs to get around the condo. There are both indoor and outdoor stairs. Boardwalk has a private beach area on the sound and a pool, both were nice. We loved how calm the sound was for our kids, and it was so close to the condo! The access to the Gulf was just a short walk across Ft Pickens Rd. The host Sheri was wonderful. She was great at communicating and answering all of my questions. She seemed to genuinely care and wanted us to enjoy our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spring break

The property was wonderful. Very clean and well equipped. The location provided easy access to the bay beach, and the Gulf was only a short walk away. The owner was extremely helpful- very quick to respond to any questions and communicated all information very clearly. I would not hesitate to stay here again, we loved our visit.

Great Trip

This was our third time to stay at Islands End. As always the condo is very clean and has everything you need for a vacation stay. The location is prefect with a 5 minute walk to the beach and the trolley stop. It’s very quiet and relaxing place to stay, Sheri and Joe are wonderful people and they go above expectations to ensure your stay is great. I look forward to our trip down next year and staying here again.

Home away from home

I can’t thank Sheri enough for making sure we got the best out of our stay. The condo has a nice welcoming vibe. The condo was very clean and decor had a nice flow through out. Everything is just as described. The location was perfect for us, close to the boardwalk area but not so close that you’re having to wait for traffic to clear. We found it easy leaving and returning to the condo as far as traffic goes. The icing on the cake was Sheri reaching out to us during our stay made me feel even more welcome to be there. Thank you Sheri.

Great stay!

After booking we signed house agreement and house rules. Owner had open communication and included local recommendations for us. The place was how it was described in listing. Very clean, very comfortable, appreciated the stocked kitchen including sharp knives and cutting boards, ziploc bags, salt pepper oil, coffee, etc. The owners have really made sure to provide it all! The location was so nice, away from the busy intersection, and the community was so friendly and safe. I would stay here again!

Beautiful and clean condo

Sheri was very good at communicating with me. The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was stocked up with things we could use at the beach and even with supplies if we wanted to cook. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. The location is perfect and not noisy at all. We look forward to making a trip to Pensacola again and will most definitely stay here again. We couldn’t ask for more!

Sheri’s condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was super clean and very nice. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for 6. We travel often, and have never stayed anywhere as organized. The pool and bay (private beach) are both just steps away. The beach is just a short easy walk across the street. Sheri was very responsive and informative. The guest before us checked out early so she communicated with us to be able to check in early. We had a great time and can’t wait to return. 😊

Favorite vacation spot
