Loved the layout of condo. Spectacular sunsets with nice, spacious patio overlooking the water and pool area. Fully equipped kitchen. Large master bath with lots of closet space. Perfect location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Secure parking (gated). Wonderful place!

Just a small weekend getaway for mine and my husband’s birthdays! The condo was so beautiful. The view looks as described in the pictures. The condo was clean and comfy! Check in/out was easy! The view of the bay with the boats is so amazing. The pool and grounds are very clean. The parking is private and gated which we enjoyed. We will be back in May and June we hope to this same spot! Thank you!

Amazing location and beautiful views. Condo was well equipped and the perfect size We spent most of our time on the huge balcony watching for dolphins in the bay. The only negatives were the hot water and master bed. We never had HOT water. It got warm and warmer but never hot. The master bed was soo uncomfortable Mainly it was so soft that we fought all night to not be in the dip in middle. I have a bad back and need a firmer mattress This may not be an issue for others. These were minor issues in an overall fabulous stay.

Nice condo

Condo was exactly the way it was described. Had everything needed to be comfy. Only issue was had to go back across toll bridge to get to a grocery store. That was expected as it was stated in the contract. Overall great week with family.

Cozy stay on the Beach!

Perfect Vacation Condo

Stayed for 3 nights with relatives from Australia. I live in Pensacola but wanted to share the Beach and surrounds in short period of time. This Condo was roomy, clean, beautiful decor with comfortable Beds and furniture. the view were amazing and it was very quiet and relaxing. We walked to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants that are very close. AC worked great. Kitchen was fully equipped, although we ate out. The only issue we had was trying to find gated entrance which wasn't signed so we drove by several times thinking it was a Fence. I might suggest a Sign on the gate. Apart from that it was a Perfect place for us to make memories and I thankyou for an accurate description of the Condo and the reasonable price.5 STAR for sure.

Excellent location

This property is located within a 5 minute walk of everything needed for an enjoyable vacation, including boat tours, restaurants, shops, beach, fishing pier and ice cream. I highly recommend it for families with a wide age range.

Relaxing and Convenient

I planned this stay with my aunt for our annual get-together vacation. Both her and I are originally from Pensacola and thought that a weekend of visiting and reminiscing our hometown would be good for us. This location was perfect since we were not eager to sit in traffic all weekend. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. When we did drive, it was just a quick trip to downtown Pensacola. The condo was very comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the bay.

Pensacola Beach Pride Weekend

Our stay in the condo was overall excellent! It was in a great location! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. There is a beautiful view of the sunset every night from the balcony. The property manager was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would stay here again!

Weekend Beach Trip

We have traveled to Pensacola many times. This property is next to many of the restaurants and activities like to go to. This is our second time in this building, first time in this unit. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I would have liked a second couch over the chairs in the living room. The balcony was very large with nice views of the sound side of the water. We had a great time on our visit.

We have stayed in several units at South Harbor before and this is one of the best ones so far. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were nice and comfortable.

Great experience

I can easily describe our stay by saying “accessible”. Everything was just easy. This was so important because we are all so busy. I literally walked in and got my keys and that was it. The condo was gated with a sensor on your keys to get in along with the elavator. This trip was enjoyable and simple. Thanks!

One picky point, well, 2

It is great. Views, really liveable unit. Fantastic balcony. Nits: 9 remote controls needing 18 AAA batteries and only 10 of those batteries in the place. Please sweep under furniture on hard floors. Will probably rent again sometime.

Ceiling fan in master was off balance, the sliding doors were not closing properly, the drain in the guest shower held about 4” of water and not draining well. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the water heater probably needs changed out because it’s pretty rusted. Location was great, property was secure, unit was clean and well decorated with a beach theme. Overall a good place to stay.

All you could ask for!

Spacious clean condo with beautiful views of the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Magnificent sunsets from the balcony. Very nicely decorated with beach themes and not a thing was missing to make a meal every night of the week! A definite return!

Great location. Awesome view. Cute decor. Pool was not heated as advertised. A Heavy mirror fell off the wall while sleeping and broke my cell phone. Other than this freak incident the trip was very good.

Great Condo!

Enjoyed the location and being able to walk from place to place. The view of the bay is beautiful, day and night! The only recommendation I have is to purchase a new mattress for the first bedroom. It seems a little worn.

Close to EVERYTHING

While I hate to be TOO kind and leave TOO great of a review of this property in fear of having it booked the next time we go to PB, I do need to be honest and say it is fantastic. It's walking distance to nearly everything on the Beach, great bars just next door. Clean, great views, great place. We were there in November; the pool was a little too chilly to get in but it's a nice set-up all around. We'll be back!
