The beach was awesome! The location of the unit was perfect (the view would have been better one floor up - but that would mean more stairs).The only negative things are: I wish there would have been more bath towels, and there were no dish rags at all (I had to purchase some and I left one there).

The host was very responsive. The condo is a little outdated and could probably use a good deep cleaning. It was still very comfortable and the price was right. It is also beachfront and the location can't really be beat.

Great Spot For Any Beach Lover

We enjoyed the location and size of the apartment. Right on the beach (Gulf) and the pool was a bonus. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again!

Great Location and so comfortable

Every thing was as advertised. The beach was awesome and the views were amazing. Lots to do and tons of restaurants. We will definitely return.

Amazing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 adults and 2 children and stayed for a week in June. This was the perfect condo and location for us. The beach view is a little blocked by the sand but that was such a minor detail. Having the shower and pool right next door was so great. We would wash off after the beach and swim for a little bit before dinner. We couldn’t hear the people beside us or next door. The garage was also a great perk and it was easy to pack up and go at the end. The only downside was traffic. There was one night we waited over 45 minutes just to go a few miles to a restaurant. The condition of the condo was great, everything worked and the temperature was very comfortable. We loved the two big couches and big dining room table. And having 3 bathrooms was a luxury I didn’t know I needed for vacation. We will be booking again!

Great location and amenities.

We hard a great time at Starboard village. The condo layout was perfect with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms for our family of 7. The pool was nice and never over crowded.

Minutes from the Boardwalk/Restaurants, just steps from the beach and easy access being first floor. Trade off is less Gulf view because of the sand dunes, higher floors have complete view of Gulf.

Love the location and size of this property. The beach was never crowded, even though it was a busy time of year. The only downside was that the air conditioner never dropped below 74 degrees. It was comfortable for the most part but we all would have slept better if it were a little cooler. Ceiling fans would be a nice upgrade!This is a roomy, comfortable condo. Our family of 7 had plenty of space.

Great location with easy beach access

Overall a very pleasant trip. HOA is very strict and watch the kids very closely to make sure they follow all rules. If you family is like mine and like hearding cats you might have complaints.
