Excellent rental property in every way. The location re the Gulf Beach is outstanding. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of beach equipment/toys. AC works very well. Huge, very functional, porch surrounds house on three sides. Happy to be a repeat renter.

Comfortable house steps from the beach

We stayed here very comfortably for a week with another family. It’s just a short walk to the beach and they have several great spaces outside of the house to enjoy as well and the beach was vintage very crowded near us.

Spring Break Trip

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this location. The place was appropriately stocked, along with clear instructions of the check-out duties posted on the refrigerator.The communication with the host was phenomenal. There was always an open channel for dialogue, and we were even informed that traffic may be bad beforehand and that the place was ready a day early. The only downside would be some of the appliances were a little finicky to work with, specifically a shower handle and the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes very well.We will definitely recommend this to all our friends and look forward to staying here again!

The house was well supplied with plenty of towels, kitchrn essentials, beach chairs, a comfortable bed. We were very disappointed in how dirty the bathrooms and the microwave was. The bathrooms hadnot been kraned at all. The toilets were filthy as were the countertoos. Sinks and showers. Both bathrooms have serious mold issues. The main bathroom reeked of urine. We foundit was the rugs and washed them The AC wasnt working the first 4 nights. Both bathrooms wete onviously not

Great property for family getaway

The house was very well clean and stocked with everything u could need. Great location to the beach and was just a short one minute walk to the beach entrance. Also close to other attractions in the area. Check in was super easy and the host was great with comminication and was very fast to respond. House very big and comfortable. Property was as listed and offered a great accommodation for my family. We were in town for a memorial service and picked a few days at each end to stay longer. Nicely furnished and in good repair. I definitely would stay again

Fantastic beach location

Beautiful house/wrong address

The house and location are fantastic! Very clean and nicely kept and furnished! We appreciated that it was well stocked with towels and beach stuff and that there was a fan in each room and the kitchen is well stocked as well! However the address on the listing is wrong and it took us a long time to find where the house actually is located. Thank goodness someone in our group zoomed in on the picture of the house and could see the house number was 1413 and not 413 like it’s listed as on VRBO. Also, the dryer doesn’t dry well and takes a few rounds to get things dry things, especially towels.
