Great condo in a great location. The positives are it was Very clean and had an amazingly beautiful view of the gulf! It’s gated and very safe. The pools are nice and clean and my husband loved the hot tub. The view from 16th floor is endless! Loved that the unit comes with two free chairs/umbrella! The property inside and out is well maintained. Parking was a breeze never had a problem finding a spot. We do lots of laundry with kids so loved having washer dryer in unit. There were some minor drawbacks but nothing that would prevent us from renting here again and I only say them so that it can help someone have a better idea of what to expect- not to complain. They only have two elevators for 16 floors which can lead to very long wait times. The beds are a little too firm for my comfort and there was only one very thin blanket for each bed. We didn’t think about what all we would need until we needed it :) like nonstick cooking spray, trash bags (they supply one), paper towels (a partial roll was supplied for us), dishwasher pack (two were supplied but we needed more as we ran the dishwasher daily), laundry detergent (one Individual box for one load was supplied). There was a salt shaker but the pepper shaker was empty. We were told there was not a keurig coffee maker and only a drip machine that uses filters. So we brought ground coffee and filters. Once we arrived we found there was a keurig coffee maker that uses pods. There is only one spatula and 3 coffee mugs. Again, all very minor things but hopefully this will help someone be more prepared than we were . Overall we loved it. Would 100% stay here again!
