location location location

clean beach home in a great location. a couple of blocks to the beach and a quick walk to the boardwalk with bars and restaurants on the way. perfect size with all of the needed amenities. recommend staying here.

Super clean house that is conveniently located having very comfortable beds. Just what we needed as we have stayed at this property before. Beach is less than a short two block walk with chairs, umbrella, and a wagon provided. Shop and restaurants are also within walking distance. Loved the home's bamboo garden and patio providing a relaxed and inviting afternoon retreat. Definitely stay here when you visit Pensacola Beach.

Just what we needed!!

This property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for our family’s stay on the world’s most beautiful beach! Beach access, shopping, and dining were all incredibly convenient. The owner was a pleasure to work with and always responded promptly. Highly recommend!

This was an awesome home. About 475 steps from the door to the ocean. It was located perfectly. Tons to do and see. I’m telling all my family to stay here.

Felt like Home!

This charming house was exactly what we needed. It was close enough to all the shopping and restaurants that we walked everywhere. The beach was a short walk as well. Everything was so clean and the beds were super comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. IT WAS PERFECT!!

wonderful beach vacation

Have stayed here a couple of times and the location and house does not disappoint. Good communication and recommendations from the property manager. Perfect for my family of four with plenty of space to spread out with the kids each having their own bed to sleep. Very clean house with offering needed amenities, plus convenient location to both the beach as well as the boardwalk with restaurants and shops along the way. Recommend and will return.

Perfect little house

This is a perfect little house for comfort and location. Within easy walking distance to beach, bay, and shopping/restaurants. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and plan to return. Brad was so easy to work with and very helpful.

Great stay

Super clean place just off the hustle and bustle of Pensacola beach. Easy walk to secluded beach close by or fairly short walk to the touristy beach area. Great stay and great hose, would stay again. The shower outside to rinse off sand is very clutch.

Nice clean beach house

This home is in a great location as we were able to walk to restaurants and shops plus the beach is conveniently only a couple of blocks away. The home was clean and the bamboo around the outside patio was a nice touch. It was nice having a washer/dryer, but also having a kitchen with all the cooking supplies along with clean linens/towels. A beach wagon with an umbrella/chairs were supplied, and there was an outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a great place to stay on their beach trip.

Gulf Breeze

The overall stay was very nice, the owner was very communicative and helpful. The beds and showers are some of the nicest I’ve encountered, in a vacation rental. The house was just like the pictures, clean and plenty of amenities to make it homey. If I were ever to come back, I would probably stay there again. Very close to the beach and the access closest is handicap accessible. Very nice experience

We would stay again in this property with my small family. It had everything we needed except an outside grill and wish the cooking/frying pans were not worn or old enough, nevertheless it had served its purpose. Short walk to beach access. Owner replies promptly to messages. Enjoyed the Blue Angels practice and airshow.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway!

Myself and 5 friends from all over the United States stayed at this cute little beach out. It had everything we needed! The new fridge was perfect for storing our grocery haul and all the appliances were in great condition. To our surprise, there was an outdoor shower that we took full advantage of with 6 guests, 3 showers total was a score! We appreciated the umbrella and camping/beach chairs to take with us to the beach. Plenty of couches/chairs in the entertainment room which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. No complaints at all!

Accurate description of rental

The property was overgrown with weeds and bushes. There was someone standing in the bushes that my wife walked up, who was taking pictures could not get a hold of the owner of the rental sat in our car for over an hour waiting for them to call me or send me back a code to get into the rental. Then when the owner did get in touch with me, who owns the rental wanted to call me that I was doing what I was doing was fraudulent. I cancel the reservations due to the lack of participation on the owners side..

Location, cute, and clean!

This comfortable house is in a perfect location on Pensacola Beach. It was furnished with all the needed amenities including items for the kitchen, linen for the bedrooms and bathrooms, and beach towels. We were able to walk over to the beach which is conveniently 2 blocks away and the house is located just a very short walk to some nearby restaurants, shops, and bars (if that is your thing). The rental is a clean 2 bedroom 2 bath home that is ground level with a very inviting adjacent patio area having a lot of pretty bamboo plants and tropical landscaping. Extra points are given for this house having no stairs to climb, being 1 block from a park for children to play in a play-ground (including a basketball court), and providing an outdoor shower. However, we did not need/use the outdoor shower as it was rented in January. Definitely would recommend this very affordable rental property to a couple or small family, as we are. Will rent here again the next time we are visiting this beach.

Quaint and comfortable

The house and beds were comfortable. Two beds in one room, one Bed in the master. All the appliances appeared to work. AC kept the house cool. We arrived well after sunset and had a little trouble locating the lock box due to how dark it was, but was able to text the host and received a prompt reply. There isn’t really any “storage space” for luggage, but we just piled everything in a corner to try to keep it out of the way. The table had to be moved in order for all of us to sit around it, but it wasn’t a huge ordeal. My only real concern was the house is right off the main road, and it can be difficult to ingress/egress the driveway. But with a little patience, traffic usually would space out enough to allow safe transitions. Host provided a wagon, umbrella, and chairs for beach use which was very helpful. Overall, it served our family of 6 well. There is a park close by as well as restaurants and a small convenience store.
