This is a great unit; the views of both the Sound from the large balcony and a good view of the gulf from the balcony off the kitchen and the side balcony. There was "grass" carpet on the balconies and it was good to have. Also liked the furniture on the L-shaped balcony off the living room. The small balcony off the kitchen had a small table with 3 chairs -- the first time we've had nice furniture in our 3 stays in this type unit.Nicely furnished and great views. The kitchen was nicely equipped -- except the dishwasher doesn't have a rinse and hold cycle. We cook fresh seafood in most nights, so that actually matters to us. We really like Santa Rosa Dunes. This is our 5th time to stay in the complex. We like the units (we've stayed in 3 different types and this style is our favorite.) The grounds are always neat and taken care of. The pool is very large and the Gulf is basically across the street and over the sand dunes on a wooden walkway. We'll be back!

We all loved this place and wish we could stay longer. The location was perfect for us to enjoy the beach, bike trail, pool, and local restaurants. My favorite thing about our stay was all of the windows and balconies to enjoy the beauty of Pensacola. It worked perfectly for our group of adults but would also be great for kids. If we ever make it back I will be staying here again.

Our 2 week stay at the condo was awesome! Super nice place to stay near the beach. The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the location better than the other side of the pier where we have stayed in the past. The beach was less crowded, and the evenings were quiet. We had the huge clean pool to ourselves most of the time unlike the packed pools at other locations. The balconies were great to watch the sunset and rise, and we could sit on the large wraparound back balcony overlooking the bay to watch the rainstorms. The walk next door to Peg Leg Pete’s was perfect since it’s one of our favorite places to eat. We will definitely book to stay again in the future.

Good location

Property was in a great location. Could have been a little cleaner! Had to where my flip flops the entire time due to concrete floors-which was weird-but there was sand all over floors. I know we are at the beach but I don’t think the cleaning company swept or vacuumed before we came. Other than that it was a good stay.

Lovely View, perfect set up for family with kids.

Loved our stay, the only thing that needs improvement is the master bed which is extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise, we loved this condo! The location is great and the pool is very nice.

Nice location, worn out condo

The location was great, with beautiful views from the balconies of the gulf and bay. The condo is showing a little wear. The master bathroom (toilet and tub) is abysmally small. It's like crapping in a milk crate, possible but uncomfortable. The tub and shower are dated and have mold and mildew in the corners. Paint is peeling throughout the condo. Floors were sandy when we first arrived. Drawers in the bathroom were off track or broken. The master bed is on wheels on a concrete floor, dangerous and annoying to get in. The TVs are dated and not smart. I have a lot of nit-picky complaints considering the cost of the stay.

Darling Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely place, nice neighborhood and quiet. Beautiful views and the condo itself is nicely set up. We had one issue with a light out and it was taken care of. Very good communication. Our only, very mild, complaint was the floor could use a good cleaning. We swept it every day and that helped. Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you!

Very Nice Condo

Enjoyed the views from corner balconies. Elevator was a must for elderly parents to the 4th floor. Understood it was actually out the day before. Worth checking into. Worked the whole time we were there. Parking was perfect, covered and right beside elevator. Great interior layout. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again!

So relaxing!

The views of both the bay and gulf are breathtaking, especially from the master bedroom and the patio deck that wraps around the corner. Communication with the property owner was prompt, quick, and very informative- complete with tips for the naval air museum. The place was right across the street from beach access - very easily walkable. Also close to the boardwalk area of Pensacola Beach. What a lovely vacation, we wanted to stay longer than our long weekend getaway! Thank you!
