- Beach and bay views from Pensacola Beach one-bedroom vacation condo with private wrap-around balcony. (The second bedroom is not accessible due to storage use.) Has an incredible view of both the Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola Bay (private wrap around balcony). A short walk across the street allows easy access to white sand beaches and Gulf waters. Located on bay side with fishing piers, barbecue facilities, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Nearby are numerous shops, restaurants, and family activities. Historic Fort Pickens is located 7.7 miles east. Free trolley service available from late May to Labor Day. Washer and dryer in unit. Wifi and cable access. Basic amenities included.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach rental! Loved the views of the beach and the bay. The space was very generous, also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we’d definitely come back!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying in Pensacola to visit the beach and see other family in town.
While Tristan Towers is at the far-west end of the island, this allowed us to get away from the busy crowds and relax in the evenings.
My daughter enjoyed the pool and the wrap-around balcony offering views of both the beach and bay.
Here's my sale's pitch for the condo: the close proximity to beach access, the washer and dryer, and only one bedroom available for use means that couples or small families will enjoy the peaceful side of the island at an exceptional value!

Best Value on Pensacola beach!
We've stayed here for a month each year for five years. 270 degree view of the Gulf, sound, and bay. Lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, 25y pool, gated property and secure entrance to the building. Free summer beach trolly picks up at front gate, 10 min walk to Peg Legs oyster bar and a convenience store. Across the street from 5 miles of undeveloped beach to surf fish from, 5 min drive to 'party central' at the Sandshaker, Flounder's, Crabs!, and sidelines.sports bar. This isn't the Ritz with Crystal chandeliers and a $500 per night rate and $50 a day resort fees if that is what you are looking for. Oh! Also you can see the Blue Angels in the distance practice during the week or right out your window for their 'Beach Buzz' returning from out of town shows!!! We cant wait to go back!!!! One more thing, Donna and her son, the owner/hosts are great communicators and just nice folks!

Love Pensacola Beach
The condo was clean and well maintained and had everything that a couple would need for their stay. The views were wonderful. The host, Donna, was very accessible and attentive to our needs. She was very helpful with suggestions/recommendations for our stay. The beach is just steps across the street and was wonderful. The bay side is just as accessible. There is a swimming pool and a tennis court right there on the grounds only steps from the front door.

Great Week at Pensacola Beach
Very nice condo with amazing views. Host was very responsive to questions/concerns. Awesome location...5 minute walk to the beach! Perfect for a couple, with full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Definitely worth considering on your next visit to the quieter side of Pensacola Beach.

The View is Spectacular
The listing is very accurate. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the owner was very good. The unit is as pictured and the view is spectacular. The beach and pool were very nice. It is approximate 1 1/2 from the boardwalk and pier. Best restaurant on Pensacola Beach is Peg Leg Pete's within walking distance from the condo.

Incredible sunsets
The condo was cozy and comfortable and made a great home base for our stay. It had everything we needed. The views were amazing and the condo is in a low traffic, quiet area close to the white sand beach. The building has a great pool area and outdoor space and the people we met were very friendly and helpful.
