Elevator issues for 3rd floor unit:Wednesdayr elevator stopped working early afternoon. The office was called to let them know it was out of order.Thursday- elevator did not work the whole day. Called the office again and was told they would order the repair.Friday- elevator did not work the whole day. I visited the office and asked about the repair status. I was told again the repair company had been called.Saturday- we noticed the repair truck and the elevator was finally working on Saturday afternoon.Overall, the lack of elevator access was a major unnessary problem for our visit.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything was just as described. Perfect location for beach and restaurants. Very professional! We had slight issue with ac unit. Repairman was there with an hour and fixed AC. Definietly will stay again!

Perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location on this property. Easy access to the beach and pool. The furnishing are finr and up to date, but over all the place just needs some love. Nothing special about it decor and the kitchen supplies were lacking .

Repeat family vacation

We love the option of both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Floor plan was perfect for our son and his family in the hall with 3 bedrooms, and us grandparents upstairs. Improvements from last year included better ice maker, and nicer patio furniture.

Long weekend with friends

Condo was clean, comfortable and had a great view overlooking the ocean. The spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom with a private balcony was gorgeous! Property management was courteous,respectful and stayed in touch to ensure everything was to our liking. Would definitely stay here again.

Our experience with Premier will definitely be one of the reasons will return. From the very beginning of the rental process, any question I sent in were answered quickly and with detailed information. The front office staff was very welcoming, giving us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay at the property. Wonderful experience!

This is the place to be!

Absolutely loved this place! View is gorgeous, very spacious & hosts were perfect & responsive! We will be staying again! Only thing that can be improved upon is kitchen needs more pans & hand towels(only 1)& washcloths(none). Maybe a crockpot. I also recommend the dolphin cruise for $27- phamphlet in office! Affordable & well worth it! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

A perfect family location

Perfect location including indoor pool, outdoor pool, and the white sandy beach. Great floor plan for our family of 7 (grandparents, parents, and 3 grands). Spacious open concept kitchen dining and living room.

Great location and very comfortable condo. Beds were comfy, kitchen stuff good, lots of TVs, superb views. Don’t hesitate to stay there, it’s good on all points.

Spacious condo with excellent amenities

We had an amazing time at this property! The unit is very spacious and the condo includes great amenities including the pools and beach access. The unit does need some minor furniture updates as many items are well used but overall great experience!

Room for All

My family, of 8, thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The beach was steps away as well as the the indoor pool and hot tub. We all had plenty of room for personal time and family gatherings. We hope to stay here again!

Accommodating property

Nice property that comfortably accommodated our family group. Furnishings could be updated and kitchen supplies could be more complete (ex: 4 wine glasses in 4 BR unit), but those are small issues. Some glitches with check in process and a few other minor issues were addressed to our satisfaction by management.

Beach & Pool in July

Well maintained, though as mentioned in other reviews, there are still things to be replaced. Nothing had a negative impact on our enjoyment or use of the condo. Spacious and well planned layout for a large family. Air conditioning works great! The unit is clean! Bedrooms are cozy and quiet so that the whole family slept through each night. Will stay here again.

Great stay.....EXCEPT

GREAT Condo!!! However, the owner needs to stay a week or so to see what needs to be updated and/or repaired. A few things that need to be corrected are minor, like the cooking spatulas being broken in half .... makes it a little difficult to cook with it flopping around. The refrigerator had 2 fairly significant broken pieces, however, it worked great. A couple of the cabinets had broken hinges, one tv didn't work, one bedroom drawer didn't have a bottom, etc. A couple of the more major issues are the wicker chair shown in the picture having a large hole in the middle of the back, & a leg on one the dining room chairs being broken enough that it folded back, making it a little dangerous for someone to sit on. All in all, nothing earth shattering. It just needs some TLC which could be done if the owner would live there for a week. We would definitely stay again.
