I longed to return to Pensacola after I fell in love with the beach a few years ago with my children. The location of the condo is spectacular! You’re 2 minutes from the beach - a very easy walk. If the beach is too windy - you can go to the pool, which was very clean! Nearest grocery store is a 15 minute drive. The boardwalk with restaurants is a 7 minute drive The condo itself is spacious and has all the necessities. As others have said, plan to bring shampoo, soap, trashbags, cleaning supplies, dishsoap, laundry detergent. For 4 people for a 5 night stay we were provided with 1 garbage bag that was already in the garbage can, a small hotel size shampoo bottle, and no dish detergent. There were a few dishwasher capsules for the dishwasher which we greatly appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs (breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day), and there were enough towels and linens. The beds were very comfy, too! Keep in mind that the walls and windows are very thin. There was construction right under the building and we were woken up early everyday from it and you can easily hear the footsteps of the upstairs tenants and talking and music. My children are light sleepers, so this was an issue for us especially at the later hours. (The tenants were not disturbing, just regular footsteps and conversations were pretty loud. )Michelle is very responsive! She accommodated our early check in request and we were very thankful for that!
