    With 180 degree panoramic views of green fields leading down to the sea; Tregaron certainly has the wow factor! This stunning five bedroom family home has recently been refurbished and made newly available for holiday letting. With flexible accommodation and tastefully designed indoor & outdoor spaces, this is the perfect property for a family gathering or a group of friends to enjoy.



    This truly is the prefect accommodation for a multi-generational holiday!



    The Space:

    On arrival, a five bar gate leads you to ample private parking for all your guests. Through the entrance hallway the flowing living space comprising kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and family lounge; offers breathtaking views from every window. Sliding patio doors open onto a large south facing sundeck, providing the perfect place to sit back, enjoy a drink and soak up the rays.



    So as not to distract from the view, the 65 inch Smart TV in the main lounge can be cleverly hidden away under the floor at the push of a button! Once the sun sets, the wood burning stove becomes the focal point whilst relaxing on the sofa.



    Further useful spaces include a cosy snug room with Smart TV, offering a ‘breakout space’ for younger guests; or perhaps a family member keen to catch up with the cricket undisturbed! After a day exploring, the utility room complete with washing machine, tumble-dryer, Belfast sink and adjacent cloakroom is essential. And just outside the back door is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, handy for washing down wetsuits or four legged friends.



    Without exception, the bedrooms have comfortable beds with pocket sprung mattresses. Linen and towels are of a high quality and are all 100% cotton. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with King size beds. One has an en-suite shower room, the other is situated opposite a bathroom with a shower above the bath.



    Upstairs, you will find a comfortable armchair on the landing with a choice of books to indulge in. The master suite is huge, with a Super King size bed and seating area; both overlooking the garden, fields and sea beyond. A walk through dressing room takes you into a gorgeous bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate drench shower. The other two bedrooms both have the flexibility to be set up as Twin rooms or King size Zip&Link beds, depending on the individual requirements of your party. Next to these bedrooms is a shower room complete with a drench shower.



    Outside, beyond the lawned garden, there is a two acre paddock which is for the private use of guests at Tregaron. The paddock, full of meadow grasses and wild flowers in the summer, provides a rare opportunity for undisturbed picnics and family fun. Wildlife can be found in abundance here; with buzzards, rabbits, foxes and even barn owls regularly spotted.



    Guest Access:

    Ideally situated down a quiet lane, Tregaron is under 15 mins drive to Falmouth, with its bustling streets, restaurants and beaches. The Helford River is even closer and provides a unique place to explore, with its crystal clear waters, tropical gardens and cosy, creekside pubs.



    The Neighborhood:

    In a secluded area close to Mabe Burnthouse, Tregaron is known for its tranquillity and relaxed living, overlooking blankets of grass and water. Down Trenoweth road, the property is away from busy roads and just a short drive into the town of Penryn. Snuggled next to Falmouth, Penryn hosts a variety of coffee shops, independent charity shops and a jubilee wharf that overlooks the Penryn River.

    Getting Around:

    Tucked away, Tregaron acts as a starting point for an adventure in every direction. By car, Truro is a mere 9.4 miles where you can explore the cobble stone streets that lead towards the towering cathedral. Penryn and Falmouth are easily accessible, however driving is the best way to get around as the property is not close to a train or bus station, with a number of parking opportunities dotted around the towns.

    PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:



    • As standard, the property is set up with 3 king bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. If you require a different bedroom configuration, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that for last-minute bookings, we may not have sufficient time to make changes. Also, Bedroom 6 shown on the floor plan is the snug/second living area and is not used as a bedroom.



    • Use of the EV charger is available for an additional charge of £40 per stay. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use this facility during your stay.



    • During the colder months, the property is provided with a starter pack of logs for the fire. Should you require additional logs, these can be purchased from local shops, garages, or B&Q (7.2 miles away).



    • Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of 2 dogs permitted. A charge of £50 per pet, per stay applies. Please inform us as soon as possible if you intend to bring a pet.



    • Guests bringing dogs should note that the garden is not fully enclosed.



    • Please note that a charge of £100 will apply for any lost keys. We kindly ask that keys are kept safe during your stay. For added security and convenience, we recommend returning them to the lockbox whenever you leave the property.



    • Any items left behind can be returned upon request for a fee of £15, plus postage costs.

    The team at Creek and Country are available to assist with any queries or to offer any Cornish inspiration to weary travellers. If there is an emergency outside of our office hours please call the number provided and a member of staff will be able to assist.

We were 4 couples on an autumn break in Cornwall.Property is decorated and equipped to a high standard. Large spaces, fully equipped kitchen, large living area, comfortable bedrooms and neat bathrooms. We lucked out on the weather and had a nice Bar-B-Que one evening. Nice views too from the house - especially the sunrise over the sea. ASDA superstore is a short 10 min drive away.We had a lovely time at Tregaron.Friendly and responsive service from the VRBO team too. Would recommend for groups of 6-10. Property is ideally located to explore Cornwall's south coast.
