"This place may be small is size but it is mighty in everything else. It was well equipped with many extras that are not always available. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and everything you need to cook a meal and have coffee and tea afterward. The bathroom also had extras including shampoo and other needed items. "Property was nice and easy to find. It was private and close to downtown Brevard. Only complaint was gnats that would not go away."

"We were not able to use the hot tub due to there not being enough water, which was a bummer. The hot tub appeared old and not very clean. Water pressure is not great if you want a good shower. The fireplace from the pictures didn't work either. I never heard back from the host after I messaged them about the hot tub. For the price, you might as well get a hotel with a working hot tub and good shower. "
