We were not able to stay due to bugs all over the beds and in the bedding in all 3 rooms. Walking through the house it seemed clean but we quickly discovered tiny little black bugs crawling over the head of the bed. When we looked closer, they were on the floor as well. We were so disgusted, my husband and I left to stay at a hotel. We contacted their property managing company “Vacasa” and they denied a refund because it’s a country property. Their exact email was “we will not be able to offer any compensation at this time due to home is located in the country areas and flies and bugs are naturally expected”.
