At the Lake

It was a beautiful home, walk in to the water which was clean and clear. Nice boat dock, so close to Penn Yan for shopping! We had a great time with good friends!

Wonderful House, fantastic location

I stayed 5 nights in this lovely home with my husband, 18 yr old son and two dogs. We absolutely loved our stay. The view from the living room all lake - it’s stunning. The home was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved using the fire pit at night and the grill. Would definitely stay again!

Family Getaway

We rented this property for a family wedding that was at a venue up to the road and decided to turn our trip into a long family weekend together. There was plenty of space for all of us - my husband and I along with our infant shared the large primary bedroom, my brother, sister-in-law and 2 infant nephews shared the basement space, and our father had his own room upstairs. We loved being able to walk right down to the water. The paddle boards and kayaks were great to have at the property. The location is close to everything you need for a weekend away. There is a great ice cream spot that we walked to with the kids each night as well as a little playground on the same street. We already discussed turning this into an annual family trip. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic House on the Lake!

We loved just about everything this house had to offer! The location is directly on the lake, and there were plenty of kayaks, paddle boards, etc to keep us busy. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and we especially loved the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and the heated spa. The kitchen is very (VERY!) well stocked with everything we needed. Dining space was plentiful both inside and outside. We used the gas grill a few times. The town of Penn Yan was nearby so quick trips to the grocery store were easy. The little downtown area had a great coffee shop, a number of restaurants, and some uniques shops. There were many wineries and vineyards nearby and we got to almost all of them! Breweries too! We loved this house and would love to return one day!

Best view on the lake

The house was lovely and the view and access to the lake was wonderful. Somewhat disappointed with the condition of the deck and outdoor furniture it had not been cleaned, we were there Memorial Day weekend, but since we wanted to spend much of the time outdoors the dirty furniture and bird droppings all over the deck made it not so nice.

Lake view!

We had a great stay at the lake with plenty of space for our group of 9. Cute town just a mile away and beautiful views from the deck and the back patio. If doing wine tours of Seneca lake it is a bit of a drive, and would recommend a driver, but otherwise our stay was great! If we are ever back in the area with a large group we would definitely stay again!

Spacious home in great location

Very spacious home. Beautiful view of the frozen lake. We woke up to seeing people ice fishing, which we had never seen before The house is located 5 minutes from a supermarket, drug store and gas station. It’s also just minutes away from your first winery along Keuka Lake wine trail which are all pet friendly. We traveled with another family and our four daughters enjoyed the lower level as their own little apartment. Everything was clean with the usual amenities. We would stay here again.

Winter get away

Loved the house but was disappointed that the fireplace was decorative only. I specifically put fireplace and hot tub in amenities we were looking for. The fact that it was decorative was buried in the listing. It shouldn't be listed as an amenity.

Beautiful and quaint getaway

We loved everything about this stay. The place perfectly accommodated our group— had plenty of parking, sleeping options, and common area. Even in the winter, having a hot tub, was the perfect addition to the house. We were really impressed with how much kitchenware it came with; it made cooking very convenient. Check in and out was very easy. Right on the water. Lots of wineries and breweries in the area. We’d definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

Annual week vacation with family

Had a great time. The house was perfect for our family with toddlers. We enjoyed swimming and using our kayaks, beautiful Weather sure helped! The playground and ice cream place were close enough to walk to which we also liked.

Trip to short to enjoy all

Booked for a wedding that did not happen due to covid19 but decided to come anyways.House would have been perfect for our whole family but only 4 of us could make it. Lots of water toys to play with but needed more time to enjoy them. Keuka bike trail was enjoyable but not for road bikes as had gravelly areas. Will try to come again for longer stay

Great location to explore the Finger Lakes

Home was beautiful, great spot to play in the lake and had everything we needed. Easy access to Keuka and Seneca Lake wineries and restaurants.

Wonderful place and experience

The house is spacious and has a beautiful location right on the lake. We loved the amenities like the dock, the hot tub, the decks, etc. The Finger Lakes have so much to offer, also. We went to Watkins Glen and other locations a few of the days we were there. Having a farm market, grocery stores, a hardware store, etc. very near by was also great. All 10 of us had a great time!

We love the house and the location. However, the master tub hadn't been clean and the master shower was filthy and full of black mold.
