An amazing villa

Our 3rd stay at this villa and we love it more each time we stay. Stunning, such high end quality and a home from home. Everything is thought of! We will visit this villa for the foreseeable future!

One week stay

Two us of spent a week in the villa. All really lovely and everything here you need. As other reviews have said you do need a car. Great communication from the owner if we had a question. Many thanks had a lovely break.

Excellent séjour

Propriété conforme à la description, confortable, propre, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. La piscine chauffée a fait le bonheur des enfants. L'arrivée est très simple car les clés sont disponibles dans une boite à clés sécurisée. Néanmoins, Carmen et Pablo sont disponibles à proximité pour faciliter et aider en cas de besoin. Merci à eux 2 pour leur gentillesse.

Superb villa with everything you need

Just returned after an eight night stay. Wonderful well appointed villa with an amazing roof terrace. Lovely pool, not huge but big enough for a dip to cool down. Really nothing we could fault. As previous reviews have said the villa is about a 20 minute walk from Peniscola along a road with no footpath but all motorists were very considerate to people walking. It was nice to be away from the busy town (location is nice and quiet) but getting in and out of town wasn’t without difficulties - one night we struggled to get a taxi home. Would thoroughly recommend if you want a quiet location away from a main resort

Wonderful villa, stunning views, great communication and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect holiday

We spent a very happy family holiday at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed the incredible sea views and vistas of beautiful Peñiscola, meals on the many (!) terraces and of course the fabulous pool. The house has been very stylishly furnished and thoughtfully equipped - every detail taken care of: from adaptors to inflatables for the pool! It was spotlessly clean and well looked after - with a very professional support/management team locally who were able to help v promptly. Communication with Rhonda was brilliant - thank you for making it so easy to plan our trip and being so helpful throughout! As soon as we arrived we were already planning our next trip - I do hope we'll get to stay again. A genuinely magical place. Thank you!

Buena elección pero podría mejorar

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La villa dispone de elementos de primera calidad pero hay detalles que podrían mejorar. Limpieza mejorable, wifi mejorable, entraron dos veces en la villa para limpiar la piscina pero sin previo aviso y creo que es algo que deberían tener muy en cuenta. En general hemos pasado unas felices vacaciones.

Casa muy bonita pero la limpieza dejaba muuuuucho que desear.

La casa es preciosa, corresponde con las forografías aunque algunas cosas que se describían no estaban ( por ejemplo la secadora). Nos ha decepcionado mucho la limpieza, encontramos toallas manchadas, la ropa de cama no estaba limpia, cubiertos sucios en el cajón. Solo llegar tuvimos que poner 3 lavadoras para lavar toda la ropa sucia que había, compramos platos y cubiertos de usar y tirar porque nos dió asco utilizar los que había cuando vimos como estaban. Una pena el tema de la higiene, ya que la casa en sí es muy bonita , pero vergonzosa la suciedad que encontramos con la situación que estamos viviendo.

Beautiful view with some

We were kind of dissapointed on the utilities on the premises. On these times hand soap would be given but we had to provide that ourselves. Also when Victor the pool GUY cleaned the pool it would have been nice for him to check the butane tanks of the grill hence we ran out on the same day. We understand that some of the plates and glasses might break during people visiting on your premises but it would be nice to have uniform tableware for 5 persons. Bedrooms and shared rooms were all in good condition and the airconditioning worked. The view from the top roof was gorgeous. All in all we had a nice holiday despite these things that would have made our stay in your accommodation more enjoyable.

Stunning property

Wow, we absolutely loved this house. Absolutely gorgeous, new, modern and had everything we needed, all the comforts of home and more besides. The various decks were brilliant for eating/sunbathing and meant we all had plenty of space for ourselves (family of 6, with 4 teens/nearly teens 😬). The air con was a godsend and worked perfectly. The pool wasn't huge but was big enough for the 6 of us to splash about in. Our own bathroom (and indeed our own floor) was another godsend too. There's a little outhouse with pool inflatables, boogy boards, beach parasol, beach chairs and loads of other stuff too, fab! Location wise, it is a 30 min-ish walk into town, but down roads with no pavements. Okay for us but possibly not everyone. We had a car for getting around so this wasn't a problem. Peñiscola is gorgeous, definitely go and explore the castle etc. Very Spanish. Views from the roof terrace were stunning, right over the sea, with gorgeous sunsets over the mountains behind. Would definitely recommend this place, just perfect for a lovely holiday

Erholsamer Urlaub in Peniścola

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen. Es war alles wie angegeben und der Kontakt mit der Vermietung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Haus können ohne Probleme sechs Erwachsene gleichzeitig Urlaub machen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die große Dachterrasse auf der man sich quasi den ganzen Tag sonnen kann. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht und auch der Grillbereich draußen ist gut ausgestattet. Der Garagenplatz der zum Haus gehört ist auch groß genug für einen Kombi. Einzig das einfahren in selbige erfordert ein wenig Geschick (man fährt aus einer Kurve bergab dort ein) ist aber ohne Probleme machbar. Im Oktober ist in dem Viertel wo das Haus liegt sehr ruhig weil die meisten Häuser in direkter Nachbarschaft auch Ferienhäuser sind. Wie das zur Hauptsaison aussieht können wir nicht bewerten. Sollten wir noch mal nach Peniścola reisen würden wir das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Superb family villa equipped to a very high standard

The property was everting we hoped it would be and the response and support from the owners was excellent. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 infants and the equipment within the villa for the infants was the best we had ever seen and we have stayed in a lot of villas over the years. Everything was very clean with plenty of spare sheets and towels if needed. The villa was a 20 minute walk from the old town although the route was not suitable for proms as no path so we used the car and parked easily in the town. We had a small issue one morning with low pressure with the water, we sent an email to the owners although this seemed to correct itself within an hour they still sent out someone to check everything was okay. Excellent service The view from the upper balcony is stunning and we had dinnner up there every evening listening to the waves which is so relaxing. The living room on the first floor was lovely although we never actually used it as we were outside most of the time in one of the entertainment areas. I would certainly highly recommend the property for a lovely family break

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir waren das 3 mal dort und werden auch nicht das letzte Mal dort

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Es ist sehr groß und geräumig. Man kann sich auf jeden Fall aus dem Weg gehen. Wunderschöner Meerblick. Einfach fantastisch. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Très agréable

Maison très agréable, beaucoup de petites attentions. Colle parfaitement au descriptif , beaux volumes. Piscine chauffée comme prévue Petit bémol beaucoup de vaisselle n avait pas été correctement nettoyée par les locataires d’avant. Pour info une essoreuse à salade serait la bien venue

Good getaway

Lovely property. Everything that you need all good quality and very importantly comfortable beds. Property as described with plenty of areas to sun bathe and eat. Had a great week of relaxing and the odd day out.

5 Star Property

High quality luxury villa with everything you need and more. We enjoyed a fabulous 10 day stay, loved the little touches like snorkelling masks, beach towels, cool box, baby bottle steriliser, Bose wireless stereo etc too many to mention but everything looks new and has been well looked after, unlike some villas where equipment is of often tired and worn out. Great communication with Rhonda back in the UK who sorted any issues immediately and provided great advice on the local area. We will definitely return.

Family holidays

We spent very nice holidays here. The Villa is well equipped, the place is quiet, good size of pool and beautiful landscape. We thank Rhonda for the excellent organization of our holidays and also many thanks for food left in the frige (our plane was delayed and we arrived at night). Hope we will come next summer!
