The approximately 45 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a staggered townhouse complex with two apartments each and offers a wonderful panoramic sea view from the balcony. There is sleeping space for 4 guests. The living-dining room features a kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed, armchair, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating unit, radiator, microwave, and washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub. The bedroom includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, dresser, and bedside lamps.



The Urb. Font Nova / Font Sol residence is about 4 km from the center of Peñíscola. The communal swimming pool with a children's pool and the on-site tennis court are available only during the main season (01.06.–30.09.). A private parking space is provided. This holiday apartment is also a great starting point for excursions to the nearby Sierra de Irta, one of the last untouched natural areas of the Valencia region. Arrival and departure are on Saturdays or, by arrangement, on other days. Latest check-in is at 19:00. For late arrivals until 20:00, a late arrival surcharge must be paid upon arrival. Any further late arrival is possible for an additional fee. There is no terrestrial antenna, only satellite TV. Access to the pool area is via a transponder, which is available for a deposit.
