"I know a lot of the reviews have been negative but this lodge is just a simple, comfortable motel. The rooms haven’t been renovated so they’re a little run down but almost everything was spotless and the linens were clean. I’d say just some of the corners were a bit dusty and there were some hard water stains in the sink. The mattresses are a little saggy but were still decently comfortable. We stayed for a night to catch an early kayak tour out of Seward and it was a good deal. Most other...

"Loved this little cabin in the woods. We had the Eagles nest cable. Great for just me and my husband. Comfortable bed, very clean and the area around was great. Wonderful front porch- Wish we had more time to spend there. "
