"The staff were nice and accommodating. Especially Mr. Adel Saad, who helped us with our things during our stay. We also enjoyed the music when there was a party. The location was also convenient. Just a few steps in restaurants, shops, spa, salon and especially to the beach. I would say I prefer their dinner to breakfast. I think they need to add more options for their breakfast."

We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 AM after a long and exhausting traveling journey, only to be greeted at reception by a young man who didn’t speak a word of English and had no record of our reservation.
