"Good service, good attention, 5 minutes walk from the city. We are really happy with the stay in the Punthill. On the negative side, I'd say the elevator. It needs to be changed, it's very slow. As an improvement, I would say that on New Year's Day, the staff should have made a BBQ, under reservation and payment, to celebrate with the customers. It would have been a lot of fun. "The room was gorgeous and was exactly what we needed. My main gripe with the room is a lip/step into the bathroom that I kept tripping on. My other issue is a lack of tea towel/cloth in the kitchen. The staff were very helpful especially when we had trouble finding the place, we circled 3 times before pulling up and calling.
