Chalets en Península de Papagayo

"Lo Mejor"

"Our second time at Villa Mila. Another fabulous family vacation. The unit is beautiful and in a great location. The concierge was excellent to work with. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job. We will be back!"

"The checking-in was extremely low, the person in charge seemes not to be knowledgeable about the process. The rooms were supposed to be paid in full. At the check out they messed up, charging me what I already paid. When I realized the error, nad they the agreed that was an error on their side, they told 15-30 day to reimburse the wrong charges. Really not a very good customer service at the front desk. Restaurant and other areas the service was excellent."
