"Misrepresentation of the view was very disappointing, the unit we were allocated has no view at all but no mention of this was made. Also there is waterleak at the bath on the first floor and drips through the ceiling into the kitchen. "

"OUR ROOM WINDOW WAS ABOUT 5 METRES AWAY FROM MAIN GATE. FROM 5 AM IN THE MORNING , TILL AFTER 12PM AT NIGHT THAT GATE OPEN AND CLOSES WITH A MASSIVE NOICE. NO REST WHAT SO EVER. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. NO SERVICE IN 7 DAYS . TOWELS ONE PER PERSON AND NO HAIRDRYER OR POOL TOWELS. DONT THINK I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF ITS FOR A HOLIDAY, AND YOU WANT TO REST . "The bathroom are so compact and lots of sillicon. Not great to have shower in the bath. Dinner was ok but at breakfast there was no spoons and serviettes on the table. I asked the waiter and he never came. i had to go look at the cutlery table and found only one spoon in the basket. The staff was ok. "

"The self catering unit met all our needs. The enclosed garden was perfect for our small yorkies. The units are of decent size, comfortable beds. The premises are well-maintained. This is a perfect location to explore Langebaan and Paternoster. R500 deposit is required upon check in. Staff on duty complained about a check in complaint we had - very unprofessional. "
