"They dont do ur room everyday and dont have standard information on how to request for it. One day they made the room late in the afternoon while requesting in the morning. Next day they didnt do it and said we have to give notice 24hrs in advance. Staff is not that friendly except for maybe one person. When you are paying a hotel you expect to receive all the services as you are paying full. Even a bottle of water cost but you dont get your room cleaned everyday and you have to remind them and...

"This is a well-equipped hotel room. Unfortunately the room we were in needed the carpets cleaned by professionals and were filthy. I didn't even want to walk on them with my socks on. That is the only problem I had with the old place"
