"Location is great and close to shopping area and Metro station.
Staff is friendly and willing to help. Room is in decent size and clean.
The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. This maybe just my issue but worth noting."

"Room was dirty and broken down. One of the mattress was basically just a box spring. Washroom was moldy and gross. Don’t believe the fake reviews, this place was terrible.
We tried to check out after the first night but they wouldn’t cancel or refund. So we decided to just leave our luggage there and stay at a 24 hour spa and then we just left Shenzhen a day earlier than we planned. Super disappointing."
