"Stayed at Point Lonsdale Apartments recently — great location, but overall disappointing.
Advertised as 4-star, but felt closer to 3-star. Rooms are older and could use a more thorough clean (noticeable dust). The “premium bedding” didn’t live up to the claim either — very firm beds and wafer-thin pillows made for an uncomfortable stay, and we ended up checking out early.
Biggest issue was the lack of transparency around access — there was no mention of four flights of stairs to reach the...

"Everything went smoothly with our booking and stay. The property was immaculate. We loved the gum trees in the backyard and birds having a great time. In addition, the wonderful living room with raked ceiling! Would highly recommend this house for your Ocean Grove stay. "

"Car parking was terrible, it was so tight to get to the assigned park.
Room is very dated. Shutters falling off hinges. So couldn’t block out light or rooms next door looking in
No window in 2nd bedroom.
No dining table
Can only see obstructed water view from the balcony and bedroom window, not living room
Shower over spa, not suitable for older guests as spa is very deep
Construction site in front of balcony, had to have to door shut to minimise noise
Great location "

"We absolutely love our stay. The house is in a perfect location, walking distance to the Ocean Grove Beach, Shops, Coles, and the park is just across the road. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend."
