"First room we were allocated had a terrible amonia smell. After calling reception we were moved very quickly to another room which was greatly appreciated. This room however didnt have a working bathroom fan.
One big recommendation is to pack your pillow. The pillows in the room were terrible."

"From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a stay unlike any other. Bellarine Spa and Wellness Retreat delivered one of the most memorable hospitality experiences I've ever had.
The standout was the exceptional service from the owner. Friendly, kind, and welcoming, he went above and beyond to make me feel at home and was especially helpful with transport arrangements. It's rare to find someone who treats guests like family, but that's exactly what he does.
