The Waterfall Suite Place and Walkout was a very nice stay for nature lovers. Our family enjoyed our stay there. The house was clean and well furnished. The property could use some TLC/maintenance items, which the owners told us were not addressed due to their health issues.

A great stay in terrible weather

We were hit with a snowstorm the day we were to arrive. Our crew all lives within a few hours but roads got pretty bad pretty quickly and we all arrived much later than expected, and even with 4 wheel drive none of us were able to get our cars up the driveway. The owners were kind enough to shuttle us (all 13 of us!) and our belongings up to the house in their big beast of a truck as we all arrived throughout the evening. Very much appreciated! It was a wonderful stay and we all had a great time. Definitely recommend this property! Especially in the warmer months when you can take more advantage of the outdoors, like the pool and the grounds.

Great stay in Pendleton

We had a lovely time at this property in Pendleton. It is located quite nicely between Louisville and Cincinnati. There were a few minor hiccups when we checked in, but Glenn was able to take care of those right away. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Overall, we highly recommend staying here!

Waterfall was amazing

We loved this home and the values that were obvious throughout the property. It is clear the adhere to a strict family friendly policy which was perfect for our family reunion trip. Nicely locate between the Ark and Creation museum which we were attending. Short drive to Cincinnati and Louisville so we could fly in to the cheapest.

Groomsmen Wedding House

Great place! Hot Tub, pool, great porch, tons of beds. The gravel road wasn’t able to get a large bus up, but can easily do cars. The owner lives at the location, he and his wife were super nice and flexible! Overall great house if your looking to get away and be outside!

Family Reunion trip

The house was perfect for our family to come to Kentucky for a family reunion. There were 11 of us! Our kids and their kids stayed downstairs and mom & dad stayed upstairs in the Waterfall Suite! Everything you could/would need is in the house. It was quiet, there was a hot tub & pool, but we didn’t get to use those! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location, exemplary hosts

The walkout and suite were perfect for our extended family retreat. The location was beautiful and private while still being close to lots of fun activities and an easy trip into Louisville. The hosts were so helpful and always attentive to our needs. They've given extra care to the little details to make sure you'll always have what you need during your stay (quite possibly the most well stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in). I can't thank Alicia and Glenn enough for how welcome they made our family feel.

10/10 Cant wait to visit again

The perfect retreat, secluded enough to feel you are by yourself with your group, but close enough to top notch activities for adults and kids. The house was clean, the waterfall was gorgeous, and the pictures online dont do it justice. The pool was perfect, the owners live upstairs which means they are always reachable. Every detail showed that the owners put real care and thought into making this a fantastic place to visit. We have had some very bad VRBO experiences in the past, so I was a little concerned going in this time. My whole family was absolutely blown away by the house. you are getting well beyond your moneys worth here. We plan on returning again next year, and all 16 of the people in our group are excited for the visit.

Family Retreat

We had a great time staying at the Waterfall Walkout and Waterfall Suite. The weather was hot and between the wonderfully cool home and the great pool it was a relaxing time together as a family of 13.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area

We had a great weekend celebrating a birthday with friends. Spacious, lovely, and the hosts were very helpful (including brewing us a pot of coffee when we couldn’t figure out the machine.) Lovely!

Excellent stay for a large extended family

When looking for a place to house 10 adults & 6 kids while traveling for a wedding, we hit a homerun when we find this wonderful peaceful house. We rented the walkout & suite which allowed each family to have their own private bedroom while we still got to share the main living areas. Traveling with little kids and this many adults can be difficult but this house quickly became our home for the weekend giving us a more comfortable & home like place to stay compared to cramped hotel rooms. The owners are wonderful! They have great quick communication and sure knows how to make a rental homey. We have never been to a rental as kid friendly and well stocked as this house. Outstanding job!

Nice home. Good for large groups. One thing to note is that this rental is in the bottom two floors of the owners home. The owners live on the top floor. House was clean and perfect for us.
