One bedroom connects directly to the kitchen and family room, while the other two open onto the outdoor courtyard through their own private entrances.

The condo also includes a private two-car garage with an automatic door opener, plus a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The Community

I designed and built this community of eight condos set on thirteen private acres. The property features a large pool area with a two-story lounge, several inviting social spaces, a gym and a spacious back area with three covered gazebos. A paved walking trail winds through the grounds, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, rainforest, and Arenal Volcano.

My goal in building this community was simple: create a peaceful, private, gated and secure retreat for our guests. That's why, once you check in, we hand you the keys and step back — we're here if you need us, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your stay undisturbed.
