No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"A very clean one bedroom flat with all the amenities required for a holiday. Very centrally located for the town centre and easy to access property. Slightly strange layout (you need to walk through the bedroom to get from the lounge to the Kitchen and bathroom). Please be aware that Parking at this property is very difficult. It is located in a very narrow terrace and we were only able to access the parking space for one day of our holiday and the space was either blocked by neighbours or...

"It was a great location on the Esplanade. Entry was self-service check-in. The booking stated ocen views and breakfast included. The breakfast was great but we were advised that breakfast was not included as though there was a dispute with Expedia and the room had an ocean glimpse."

"We loved how friendly all of the staff were in the hotel. The family who run the hotel clearly care very much about each and every guest and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are all lovely people who keep their hotel really clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. "I booked on line which i wont ever do again ,the rooms are so small and badly decorated ,bathrooms need sprucing up very difficult with no shelves in bathroom ,also the stools by the kettle to high for the elderly to get up on ,i know it was a cheap price ,but honestly i would prefer travelodge ,decent chairs to sit on with plenty of teas ,coffee etc good lighting plugs by mirrors ,no tidy place to sit ,and advertising sea view had to stand on bed to see it. So for me we wouldnt stay there again...

"The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good."
