➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Availability of Free dedicated parking in front of the unit (For 1 vehicle).

You’ll find a mix of local shops, casual dining spots, and everyday conveniences just a short drive away, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.



Outdoor lovers will appreciate being near C.B. Smith Park, a popular destination for water activities, picnics, and scenic green spaces. The area is also close to nature preserves and walking trails, offering a nice balance between city access and peaceful surroundings.



For shopping and entertainment, you’re within easy reach of major retail centers, movie theaters, and family-friendly attractions. Plus, with quick access to main roads, exploring nearby cities like Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale is simple and convenient.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
