The beach access was ideal although on several occasions the “green” elevator key; which I would assume would work on the beach gate didn’t and we had to ring the bell; albeit everyone in the party tried w/o success. Speaking of the beach; the umbrella and chairs listed in the amenities was less than par. "The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. "

The only challenge is that there is a lot of street noise outside… trucks driving by late night/early morning. There is a 4 way stop at corner where the unit is. Overall it’s a good safe unit for reasonable price. "

"My family of 5 had an excellent stay at The Ocean Manor Beach Resort. The condo had plenty of room for all of us to fit comfortably for 10 days. The host Justin, was very responsive to our questions/requests and the provided beach chairs and beach towels were very convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Steps from the beach and a short drive to local restaurants and shops. We will definitely visit again soon! "
