The spacious living room (40 m²) with dining area, open kitchen and bar has a 40 "TV with SONOS sound bar. The sound system can be controlled via the tablet embedded in the kitchen wall or via your smartphone using the SONOS app. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (160x200) and a large built-in wardrobe. If necessary, an extra bed (80x200, for a fee) can be added. A bedroom is equipped with a 32 & TV; All kitchen appliances such as stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with 4-star freezer as well as washer and dryer are from the house of Miele. The house consists almost exclusively of natural materials and thus comes largely without chemically produced materials. The amount of pollutants of indoor air is thus almost zero. The house also has a special vacuum system that transports allergenic materials such as house dust, pollen, mold spores and bacteria from the interior directly to the outside. Normal vacuum cleaners would distribute these with the exhaust air back into the room. The furniture has also been specially developed for the resort together with interior designers and is free of plasticizers and solvents.
