Exceptional Experience!We had an absolutely wonderful stay,truly one of our favorite travel experiences. The cottage is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The peacefulness of the location is simply unmatched. For beach lovers, this is truly a dream destination. The beach and surrounding landscapes, preserved in their natural state, are breathtaking,a rare and unforgettable setting.We also had access to a lounge-style space, a separate small house designed for relaxation, which added a special touch to our stay. What truly made this experience exceptional was our host, Steve. His kindness, generosity, and genuine care made us feel instantly welcomed. We had the pleasure of spending time with Steve and his partner, an experience that made our stay even more meaningful. It allowed us to discover off-the-beaten-path spots and experience the local culture in a truly authentic way. Steve takes great pride in his property and is incredibly attentive and responsive.Beyond that, Steve is a truly human-centered person; he not only takes exceptional care of his guests but also of his community, which adds even more depth and authenticity to the overall experience.The neighbourhood is equally warm and welcoming, which only added to the overall experience.We genuinely feel like we’ve found a place we want to return to anytime!A true gem we highly recommend this property without hesitation

We had a lovely 6 night stay here. As anglers, beach combers, and lovers of quiet, this was the perfect place for us. The cottage was clean, cheerful and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful, offering advice on local activities, fishing and even offered a grocery service which was great since our plane came in late, The beach and nearby flats were beautiful with bonefish cruising the tides. Perfect forLong walks and angling opportunities.We appreciated the hospitality and hope to come back!

Steve was a great host. He met us right as we pulled up and hand delivered the keys to us. We walked us through the house and around the entire property. He made sure to ask us if we needed anything, brought beach towels when requested and was prompt to answer any questions by messaging. He also brought out and cleaned off three kayaks for our use within the day of our arrival.The house was simple and modest, but had everything that we needed for our stay. The beach was beautiful! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset walks, snorkeling, kayaking and fishing during our stay. We love the east end of Grand Bahama. If you are looking for a quieter experience with stretches of secluded beaches, this location is perfect.

Quiet, relaxing, friendly people and beautiful beach

The cottages are simple, clean and adequately equipped. The beach is terrific and one can walk miles and see no one. At low tide the sand was wonderful. It was a safe place for kids to swim, collect shells and have fun. There are no activities except sun , sand ,and surf. Do bring all your groceries as there are no facility in the tiny town The beach bar and restaurant has the best conch fritters and lobster tails and is a one minute walk. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Peaceful little hideaway!

We really enjoyed our time here.. The area does look a little worn down from the recent hurricanes but these cottages are well cared for. We especially enjoyed his mothers wonderful cooking.. The lobster she made us was better than the restaurants we ate at on a different night. The kayaks were a lot of fun! Fresh coconuts from the trees as a special treat from the owner was exciting for the kids. We loved staying on sand! We struggled not having a washing machine with two kids for 5 days but they did offer their washing machine to us. I think they are building a laundry and games room, as well as mini golf, convenience store, and local-style restaurants next door.. There's not much up this end of the island so this is becoming quite the resort! The sand flies got to us a bit so be sure to bring your preference of bug deterrent. The air-conditioner works very well but we only used it to the cool the place down before bed in the evenings since we went in winter/early spring. It was also a little breezy during the day, with quite a bit of seaweed around but lovely white powder sand as you'd expect! Adorable little place with very warm and friendly owner :)

Alone on the beach

The beach was the most magnificent thing we have ever seen. Steve was wonderful to work with and had great ideas for things to do. It is about a 1 hour drive to the city so if it's peace and quiet you want then this is the place for you.

A Perfect Place to Relax and Unwind

My husband and I chose this location for our honeymoon and it was PERFECT. The villas are very clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The beach was picture perfect and I've never seen a bigger smile on my husbands face than when he caught a bonefish....right in front of the house! Steve, the owner, was one of the most genuine and caring people we've ever met. He took us out fishing and my husband out spearfishing- both very successful trips! We stocked up on groceries before the drive out to Pelican Point and were most content knowing that the crystal blue water was right outside our door! We spent one day in Lucaya eating out and shopping with the other tourists, and couldn't wait to get back to our perfect little corner of the world in Pelican Point. Absolutely a perfect getaway... we can't wait to go back!
