"Unmotivated staff, old hotel that got "make up" , buffet style with cheap food and tasteless. If you want to eat anything but the cruise-ship style buffet - you need to go to a specific counter - stand in line - to make a reservation etc etc.... really sad organization and absolutely soul-less ... ..."

"Communication and check in/out was exceptional. All questions responded to before arrival and arranged transfers for us. All the staff was nice friendly and helpful. Although the pools were cold (October) there was always free sun beds and towels available. Good selection of drinks (alcoholic). Coffee ..."
