Ein wirklich traumhaftes Anwesen. Zum Ruhe finden wirklich das Beste. Man muss sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass ohne Auto nichts geht. Die Auf-und Abfahrt ist ein bisschen Abenteuerlich. So mal schnell zum Essen gehen oder einkaufen ist nicht. Das Auto wird gebraucht. Der Pool ist Klasse und die Aussicht wunderschön. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das ein oder andere sollte repariert werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief einwandfrei. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Haus mit ganz tollen Vermietern

Das Haus, die Aussicht, der Pool, die Vermieter...einfach traumhaft.Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Anna, die Vermieterin, war per WhatsApp immer für uns erreichbar, egal worum es ging.Es war einfach alles rundherum perfekt und wir wüssten nicht, was man hier boch verbessern könnte. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir hier Urlaub machen konnten.

Wunderschöne ruhige Ferien

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ganz ruhigen Gegend, so das man sich wie in meinem Dorf fühlt.Ein Auto ist erforderlich!! Anna ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Mich persönlich hat die Sauberkeit sehr beeindruckt!Wir würden sehr gerne im Sommer noch mal kommen, aber ohne Klima wäre es wahrscheinlich ein bisschen problematisch.

Schöner Aufhanthalt in Podere Gualpoli

Unser Aufenthalt mit Hund war sehr schön. Anna war eine Tolle Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet hat.Wir waren 2 Wochen vor Ort und konnten Ende April den beheizbaren Pool genießen.Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Amazing Tuscan Villa!

Anna is very attentive and really helpful. She really does want you to have the best time and experience in her home. The location is good as long as you don’t mind a little drive. The house and grounds are STUNNING! We loved our stay and would go back. The weather wasn’t great when we went but we still utilised the pool and hot tub when possible. Our children also loved the place and we all had fun regardless of weather. Thanks Anna

Anna est une hôte exceptionnelle qui nous a réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux et personnalisé, agrémenté d’un cadeau de bienvenue attentionné qui a immédiatement marqué notre arrivée. Son sens de l’hospitalité est remarquable : elle a su nous conseiller avec pertinence sur les activités incontournables, les producteurs locaux du coin et les adresses authentiques, enrichissant ainsi chaque journée de découvertes savoureuses et responsables. La maison, d’une propreté irréprochable, allie confort et charme, avec des équipements soignés, une ambiance cosy et une cheminée qui ajoute une touche de convivialité et de chaleur, parfaite pour les soirées d’hiver ou les moments cocooning. Quant à la propriété, les photos, pourtant évocatrices, ne suffisent pas à traduire toute la beauté de la villa – un véritable havre de paix, entretenue avec goût, entourée d’un cadre verdoyant et apaisant qui invite à la détente. Un grand merci à Anna pour son attention constante, ses conseils précieux et cette attention délicate dès notre arrivée : nous repartons conquis, avec l’envie de revenir vivre cette expérience hors du commun.

Voyage reposant dans un havre de paix

Beautiful Tuscan Villa OUTSIDE of Florence

Anna was just a delightful host - because we came in late, we asked if she could provide us a simple meat/cheese tray (at our cost of course) and she provided a 4 course home made meal!!!! It was fantastic and we ate leftovers for our entire stay. The villa is just beautiful and had everything we needed and more - be sure to come in warm weather to use the pool. It's a perfect home base to explore the area - but be prepared to drive the curvy roads - which is half the fun!

Sehr schöne Villa

Incredible View and setting

We spent 5 nights at this villa. It is up the hill away from Florence but that is what makes it a perfect getaway. Home is clean and kitchen is stocked well. No AC but the breezes cooled us off at night. Beds are comfy. Pool is perfect and the view is unforgettable. It takes about 25 minutes to travel to the nearest grocery store and the bus station to travel to Florence to see the sights. Besides that we mostly just enjoyed the tranquility, views and warm accommodations. Highly recommend asking about a full meal. Anna and her daughter made it a memorable and delicious feast.

Kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Es war alles genau so wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Die Besitzerin war sehr, sehr nett. Check in und Check out unkompliziert. Es war auch alles sehr sauber und was für uns das wichtigste war, wir hatten 100% PRIVATSPHÄRE. Ein Traumurlaub!!!

Fabulous place in Tuscany

Words can’t describe the views and setting for this spotlessly clean home out in the Tuscan countryside. We loved our restful time here. We were able to use the hot tub and pool daily along with the wood fire barbecue grill. Would definitely come back!

A little slice of heaven

Our trip to Podere Gualpoli was nothing short of heavenly and Annamaria was the resident angel! The property grounds were beautiful with an incredible infinity pool and beautiful trees and shrubbery. The home was comfortable and well thought out. I loved the large picture windows letting in so much natural light and giving a wonderful view of the countryside. Annamaria was a wonderful host who was readily available if you needed information. Such a warm and vibrant woman; she instantly felt like family. She made us a delicious dinner our first night. While the house was secluded, it was easy to go into the town of Pelago as well as explore other areas. I highly recommend eating dinner at Leonia’s in town. It is still, hands down, one of my favorite meals I’ve had in Italy! I also recommend visiting the nearby Castello di Poppi. My grandchildren really enjoyed it. It was also easy to get the train in Pontessieve and go Into Florence. It took less than 30 minutes. I would definitely stay at Podere Gualpoli again!

Breathtaking View on a lovely Place

We stayed there with our Family with our Child (3Y) the garden, the House, the Poolarea everything there is super clean, beautiful and graceful. The Host Annamaria and her Son are so Warm-hearted and generous. The garden is so huge and amazing, we can absolutely recommend this house.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist nicht nur sehr charmant eingerichtet, sondern zudem auch herrlich gelegen. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Weinberge der Toskana. Direkt am Haus gibt es eine überdachte Terrasse, die man gut zum Essen nutzen kann (Grill, Pizzaofen und Waschbecken sind als Außenküche vorhanden) oder um einfach den Abend in Ruhe ausklingen zu lassen. Über eine große Treppe schließt sich direkt der Infinity Pool (mit angrenzendem Jakuzzi) an, von dem aus man ebenfalls die atemberaubende Landschaft genießen kann. Hinter dem Haus schließt sich ein größeres Waldstück mit schönen Wanderpfaden an. Die Gastgeberin Annamaria hat uns herzlich empfangen und einige toskanische Spezialitäten bereitgestellt, die uns bestens geschmeckt haben. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder :)

Fabulous Tuscan Villa!

We had a wonderful holiday at Podere Gualpoli. The villa is well-appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals and relax outside of Florence. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The views are incredible! Annamaria and Simone were so welcoming. There were lovely welcome gifts and fresh eggs. When the washer broke, Simone finished my son’s laundry at home and returned it the next day. The washer was also replaced the next day. I would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing Tuscan holiday.

Simply amazing

The villa is like something out of a dream! Very clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated, and peaceful surroundings. Anna and Simon were very easy to communicate with. The meal she made was absolutely delicious! I would love to visit again someday.
