This is a lovely bungalow in a quiet cul de sac. Only 5 mins walk to nearest bars. A car is not essential but handy for shopping at the large supermarket which is a good 25-30 mins walk away. Inside the bungalow is mostly as shown in the photos, different dining room chairs, the en suite bathroom did have black mould in the very small shower cubicle, it was too chilly to open window in March, but this would have helped. The photos were taken many years ago and the outside is not as pristine as protrayed. Different patio furniture, bbq seen better days, super comfy sunbeds and a good size pool. Ezoria Villas were super hosts, great communication and very efficient at sorting a couple of problems.

We had a lovely stay again at the villa. Would like to add tho the showers need looked at. They need a regulator, don’t think there safe for a child to go in as it gets burning hot to then freezing cold.

Really lovely villa with just one thing missing!

Lovely, spotlessly clean villa in a good area to walk to the strip in around 15-20 minutes. The only issue we encountered was that there is no dishwasher. I don’t consider a dishwasher a luxury when I’m on holiday and it’s the only accommodation I’ve stayed in where one wasn’t present. Other than that it was all good other than David from Ezoria visiting us the first morning to tell us there’s been a lot of break ins. I’m glad he told us as it made us more vigilant but we maybe didn’t sleep as well as we might have. Happy to report there were no break ins during our stay though.

Fabulous 2 weeks :)

We've just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Mikaella & would have happily have stayed longer!! The villa was spotlessly clean inside & out & there is air-con in all rooms which worked well. The pool was cleaned 4 times during our stay and we also had a mid-week clean and towel/bedding change. The villa is located in a quiet residential area about a 15 min walk from the main strip in Coral Bay. We used the big supermarket to stock up on supplies & they offer free delivery of your shopping & you back to the villa! You don't need a car but we hired one for a few days which allowed us to visit some restaurants which aren't within walking distance. It was also handy in the evenings when it was very warm! We wouldn't hesitate to book with Ezoria or stay at Villa MIkaella again :)

Lovely little Villa!

This was our second holiday at Villa Mikaella. The Villa is immaculately clean throughout , and very comfortable , with homely touches . The decor is contemporary, the beds very comfortable and all the kitchen appliances were shiny clean and worked well. Very good Wfi and a new 4K tv providing Netflix and Prime as well as dozens of English channels including Sky Sports , BT sport and numerous films. Excellent air conditioning and a lovely pool and garden area , with a covered terrace providing shade from the sun if required. Situated in a peaceful and safe area near to many good restaurants and bars and in close proximity to the very pretty Corallia beach , we would highly recommend Villa Mikaella and intend to return again next year !

Lovely villa to relax and unwind.

We enjoyed our holiday at the villa Makaella. Nice and relaxing, peaceful little street. The only disappointment we has there was no welcome pack when we arrived there after midnight.

Lovely villa in a prime location

We loved the villa, the place is well stocked with all the essentials. The air conditioning was freezing cold. The pool is a great size and there are sun shades and the covered patio area if you want some shade. The local shops, bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away, the Coral bay strip is around 25 minutes walk or a 10 euro cab ride. There are also some beautiful sea view restaurants not too far away. In short, we felt the place was in an excellent location, quiet and peaceful but close to bars and restaurants ( Porto Antico and Oniro’s in Peyia ) which we would highly recommend.

Perfect!

We’ve just returned from a 16 day stay in Villa Mikaella and have already booked for next year ! The Villa is spacious, very modern , immaculate and pristinely clean. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. A welcome pack was provided as well as cleaning cloths, washing up liquid , and hand wash soaps. Even extra toilet rolls ! All the kitchen appliances were very high quality and every kitchen utensil you could need is there. The tv has sky and numerous uk channels . The garden and pool area are lovely - sparking clean pool( sun all day ) and well maintained garden area with a lovely terrace with a table & 6 chairs in full shade. Excellent communication with Ezoria and the property manager. Local amenities and beach within a short walk - we have been staying in Cyprus for 17 years and this Villa is our favourite 😊

Welcome Break

After the COVID restrictions in the UK, arranging testing and completing all the paperwork needed we finally arrived at the Villa and it was worth the wait. The Villa is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and backs onto open farm land so is very quiet yet it’s only a 5 min walk to a couple of bars and restaurants including a great take away fish and chip chop that doubles up as a bakery during the day, it’s 10 mins to a lovely beach with lifeguards, sun beds and a Restuarant, then it’s 5 mins by car or around 20-25 min walk to the main strip with everything you need. The villa itself is perfect for a family of 4 with all the rooms being large and airy, a well equipped kitchen, a beautiful pool and much needed air conditioning throughout, plus a lovely shaded veranda with a table and chairs to relax in. For the price I doubt you will find a more modern, clean and ideal villa in Coral Bay.

Lovely quiet villa is Coral Bay

The villa is spacious and very light with a lovely garden and pool with loungers. It is about 600m to the beaches and about 1km to the restaurant strip. We would return.

Most Memorable

We had 11 lovely, relaxing days in this very private and brilliant villa. Everything was as expected and the welcome pack was extremely helpful as we didn’t arrive till quite late. Unfortunately missed meeting with property manager but she followed up with a phone call. It’s always nice to know that someone is on the other end of the phone if help was needed. I’ve been visiting Cyprus for a few years now and stayed in many villas but this is my favourite by far. Already looking at next year!!

Fantastic villa exactly as advertised. Everything you could ask for Air conditioning , sky tv, BBQ,Quiet location but walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. Management company very helpful as I was hospitalised during my visit.

Lovely little villa

Beauty of a villa for 2 couples. Nice and private with high hedges surrounding the little garden and pool. Only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach (although very small beach so not much point going there when we had a private place) Only issue is the fridge freezer was on the blink, and kept turning off even though the door was fully closed so all our ice kept melting (not what you want in 35degree heat) Really enjoyed it and as a cat person I loved the little cats coming to say hi! Highly recommend, and it’s great that everything is organised via a travel agency so we felt safe with the keys and security. We will probably come back but with more people and so a bigger villa!
