We had the best time, the villa was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for our entire stay. Communication with the owner and the property manager was 10/10. The views were absolutely spectacular and the heated pool was a massive bonus. It felt like a bath once heated. Would recommend to anyone, a perfect place.It is on a very steep hill so perhaps not suited to everyone - it was a tough walk up the hill when we did attempt it! If hiring a car - get a 4x4, there’s some tight bends on the way up but it’s worth it for the views!

We booked this villa for 2 weeks at the end of July for myself, my 8 year old daughter and my parents. Bharat and the property management team were in contact before and during the stay, which made us feel at ease that should we need anything they would be on hand. Bharat was very friendly and helpful. The information for check-in was very informative and worked really well. Nice easy check-in and check-out.The villa is beautiful and the views are outstanding. We really enjoyed using the pool and there was even a box with pool toys and inflatables we could use, a great hit with my daughter and saved us money having to buy loads. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. Aircon in all rooms, however we hardly used this because the ceiling fans were enough to keep us cool during the night. The only room without a ceiling fan was the smaller 3rd bedroom. The small road/driveway down to the villa was very steep, so a slightly more powerful car is needed which luckily we booked before coming after reading other reviews, but the small hill was easy enough go drive up and down once doing it a couple of times and getting used to it. We had an amazing 2 weeks. We would certainly book this villa again for a nice peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Wir hatten ein traumhafte Woche auf Zypern und können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Unsere Highlights waren der Ausblick und der Pool, den wir beheizt haben lassen. Für April war das für uns die beste Entscheidung, um angenehm schwimmen zu können. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr modern und wir haben nichts vermisst, weder im Küchenbereich noch sonst. Da wir abends erst spät angereist sind, gab es für uns Getränke und Brot. Vielen Dank an den überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, der Kontakt war sehr angenehm.

Fabulous villa with stunning views. The villa itself is well kitted out and spotlessly clean. We had the pool heated during our stay at the end of October which was a big plus. The communications with the owner were friendly and prompt. All in all a wonderful trip in a lovely villa.

Superb Holiday Villa

We really enjoyed staying at the Ocean Breeze as the villa is in excellent condition and obviously well maintained. The pool is a good size and cleaned twice per week. The view from the villa is very impressive as is the range of facilities available in the villa and everything worked! It is a refreshing change to find a holiday property which is exactly as described in the promotional material. The communication from Bharat and his team before and during our holiday was excellent, timely and very helpful. We had a small issue with the satellite tv when we arrived and this was quickly resolved by Bharat and his team. Due to the location of the villa, a hire car is essential. The only slight downside is that the villa is located down a very steep short access road so less confident drivers may prefer to park at the top of the road and walk down to the villa. All in all, an excellent property for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Lovely villa

The villa is beautiful very roomy and bright everything you would need is there. Bharat is very prompt with responses to queries too. It’s so quiet and restful too, my only issue was the road to the villa, it’s not the easiest to negotiate, quite steep in parts, but if you are a confident driver or dont mind using taxis, it would be fine. My parents were with me and they like a walk after dinner which they couldn’t do as it was too steep, but it didn’t spoil it we sat outside and admired the lights and the peace and quiet instead. Heated pool totally made the holiday and was cleaned twice a week as stated.

Villa perfection!

We had the best stay at Villa Ocean Breeze. I was nervous that the photos on the website would be staged and overly generous but no, the villa was just as beautiful, in fact better than the photos. The master bedroom is huge, as is the en-suite, with loads of storage space and access to balcony an amazing views. The second double is actually the nicest room, such a nice vibe in there, my teen daughter was very at home. It has an en-suite shower room, loads of storage and access to balcony. The third room is a small double with no views or storage but my son loved it, it was dark at night and he slept better than he does at home! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need, fully equipped kitchen and even a laundry room outside. Everything worked well and we had a very comfortable stay. The pool was brilliant. Cleaned twice during our stay. We didn't have it heated but it had some residual heat from previous guests. We kept it covered when not in use with the october sunshine on it all day it stayed pretty warm all week. Communication with the owners and managers has been excellent and there is tons of info in the books provided. Thank you. You will need a car, it's up in the hills and you'll appriciate the freedom on exploring Cyprus by car. We parked on the drive on the first day but the very steep hill was stressful so we parked at top of road the rest of the time. No big deal, it only takes a minute to walk down the entry road. You might feel braver in a 4x4. Places to visit I'd recommend: Avakas Gorge trail (lunch at The Last Castle), Jimmy's Jeep Safari tour of Troodos Mountains, Aphrodite Waterpark, dinner at Oniro By The Sea watching sunset over Edro III shipwreck, Agios Georgia's Harbour at 8.30-9am you have a good chance of seeing turtles around the fishing boats (we snorkled with them it was amazing). Cannot recommend Villa Ocean Breeze and Cyprus highly enough!

Second time here !

We returned to this property again this year (2022) after a fantastic 10 day stay in June . This peaceful villa is a perfect getaway for a quiet time to have with family and friends . The villa is in good clean order with modern touches throughout . The view is what does it for us - We will be back next year again for sure !

Fantastic holiday villa.

We spent 2 weeks holiday at the Ocean Breeze villa in Peyia . The villa is fantastic. The villa is furnished to a high standard and has its own pool which my grandchildren loved. We had excellent recommendations for eating out, shopping etc from our host. We had a marvellous time and hope we can visit this superb villa again.

Fantastic escape from it all!

Bharat and Gillian are very gracious and welcoming hosts providing directions, villa information and recommendations for restaurants. We also appreciated the welcome pack and check-ins from Bharat himself and the property manager, Alison, to ensure we were satisfied and were equipped with everything we needed to have a great holiday. The villa is in a wonderful setting near in the hills above Pegeia village. It’s a 15 minute walk downhill to Pegeia but the climbing back up takes 20-30 minutes in the heat. Car is 100% recommended! Pegeia is a lovely quiet village which we prefer to the hustle and busyness of Paphos which has completely transformed since 2002 when we first visited. There is a driveway to park your car but the hill the villa is located is steep and our small rental car struggled a bit. So we just parked up above the villa to avoid burning the clutch & it was only a short walk to the villa. Next time we would hire a better car! We loved our time in the villa. Perfect place to relax, sunbathe and swim. The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed swimming and relaxing on the terrace with the beautiful views it afforded. The pool was fantastic - toys and inflatables are provided and my 8 year old daughter had a ball each day. She even learned to swim here! Inside we had everything we needed from comfortable beds, dining table, sitting area and breakfasting kitchen. We could relax in the evening with Netflix and enjoyed some music with Alexa. There was even a wireless printer from which I was able to print out our boarding passes. Bharat and Gillian really have thought of everything! The villa was very clean and the property managers provided a change of towels and linen halfway through our stay. The pool was cleaned twice a week by a lovely, friendly lady. We ate at some lovely restaurants recommended by the hosts - Trattoria La Vigna (lovely Italian in Coral Bay), Santa Marina (amazing fish & chips in Coral Bay), Haia kebabs in Pegeia village and the highlight- Viklari The Last Castle (breathtaking views, food and hospitality - not to be missed). In Coral bay we also ate at Tex Amex Rio Grande - delicious Mexican but portions are huge! We also enjoyed Anesi restaurant (near Sea Caves). Lovely food and welcome from George and family. Cheesecake is amazing! We would 100% recommend Villa Ocean Breeze to friends and family & hope to return in future. Thanks again Bharat & Gillian for a fantastic stay.

Another Cyprus gem in the sun

We spent 11 days in this beautiful villa , it is tucked away at the top of Pegeia and has outstanding views with tranquil peace and quiet in a well kept beautiful villa. Highly recommend and we look forward to going back next year !

Great Holiday

Lovely property, part modernised, views to die for. We didn’t really use the kitchen (except the fridge) so can’t vouch for the facilities. Beds comfortable. We didn’t use the aircon much due to the time of year but appeared to be in good working order. The hill to the property is extremely steep. One of our party used the hill for training (he is a semi-professional footballer). We had a Skoda Octavia as a rental which dealt with it fine. The pool was lovely, we decided to pay to have it heated which was fantastic. I would say the pool would be a little too deep for children. I am 5ft and was only able to stand by the steps I got around this by using a ‘noodle’ so don’t let how deep it is put you off. Again our footballer is 6ft 3 and could touch the floor comfortably. You definitely need a car for shopping and taking the bins and for generally getting about. We regularly went in to Paphos centre as well as Coral Bay and plenty of restaurants in between. We regularly used the sports bar in the village and took advantage of the kebab shop also in the village, both amazing and good value. For those who enjoy the gym there is a local one and good value. We also visited the zoo, really good and can pay to feed animals. The bird show in the zoo is also worth a visit Went on a boat trip, all inclusive, again well worth it. We got picked up from Corallia beach hotel, talking of which its a great beach. The area is very quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Truly spectacular

We loved our stay so much, we tried to stay longer! My two teenagers (who normally moan relentlessly) we’re in the large, wonderfully clean heated pool playing for hours - worth paying for the heating, as although we had great weather (April) we did get some windy days. The outside of the villa is great for family time - although to get views that spectacular, you need to note that the villa is on a very steep hill - my hill starts were tested to the maximum in a large hire car with no poke!! But the peace and quiet, and the aforementioned spectacular views cannot be beaten - a real escape. Inside, we wanted for nothing. Every little thing was thought about and we enjoyed our evenings in the villa just as much as visiting the local restaurants. The Owners are very helpful - All in all an excellent stay - great and so welcome considering we had waited over two years to travel 😊 - thank you!

Perfect!

Thank Bharat and Gillian for the rental of your beautiful villa. We had an amazing week. The views are beautiful and the location so peaceful. It is up a steep mountain so a car is a must for during the day but the local taxis are only 10 euros to the village or Coral Bay. The villa is equipped to a high standard and the pool is beautiful, we paid for it to be heated as it was October. Bharat was so helpful from start to finish and all the handy recommendations were an asset. We particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant in Coral Bay. Brilliant Holiday - Great Villa

The villa lives up to all the photographs and description by the owner. It has every convenience that one would require, either on a short holiday or a long term stay. We were a group covering 3 generations and all of us were well catered for, whether it was the selection of pool toys for the youngest, to the huge selection of TV channels and the high level of kitchen and general equipment throughout the villa for us oldies! Due to the uncertainty of the weather for the time of year we were staying, we opted to have the pool heating - this was an absolute dream! It meant the pool was used almost constantly whilst we were there. The villa location is remote but not isolated and the views from the terrace are amazing. We were well looked after by the management team, the pool man was always there when he should be and the neighbour Paul was a kindly gentleman who made us most welcome. All in all, we had a great holiday, made even better by the exceptional standard of the villa. Thanks.

Beautiful villa and location

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and comfortable, with everything you might need. We particularly found the coffee machine and Bose speaker very welcome, and having a good washing machine and dishwasher useful. Having a private pool is perfect for starting your day off with some exercise and then drying off in the sun, before partaking of wonderful doughnuts, baklava and cakes from the lovely Philliposos supermarket in Coral Bay! The view from the villa is stunning, and very peaceful day and night. A/Cs and fans in most rooms, made the hot nights easy to deal with. We found the local tavernas to be very good, especially Peyia Taverna, and Latchi Plaza restaurant was probably our favourite. If you fancy a trip on a boat to the Blue Lagoon, speak to George at this restaurant for a good deal! Location of the villa is very good, far enough away from the built-up areas for peace and quiet, but in easy reach of beaches, shops, and many eating places etc with use of a car. This was our first time in Cyprus and we have fallen in love with the country and people, and the villa has contributed greatly to our wonderful experience. We are very sad to leave and look forward to coming back again for another chilled out holiday.

First but not the last

Stayed at Villa Ocean Breeze 3/7/19-10/7/19. Arrived very late at night so welcome meeting was arranged for the following morning. This took place at the villa by management who arrived exactly when he said and ran through everything we needed to know also gave helpful tips on restaurants, shopping etc. We were amazed by the views both day and night. The villa was spotless and very comfortable. Beds and bed linen were of very good quality so we slept very well. The villa also has very good air con. There is plenty of space indoors and outdoors with various choices if you want to sunbathe or not. There is a very relaxed atmosphere at the villa which was just what we needed. My husband and I celebrated our 45th Wedding Anniversary during our stay and it will be a very memorable one.We chose not to rent a car as we are both taxi drivers so used the local taxi service which was very reliable. Cost 10 euros into Paphos town centre and worth every euro. Would highly recommend. Hope to return again soon. Bharat and Gillian thank you for the memories we will cherish.

Truly amazing first-class Villa - definitely 10 out of 10

What a fantastic holiday for so many reasons but mainly due to the amazing Villa. From the minute we booked to the minute we left, it was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and extra requests we made were met with no problem. The whole booking process was made very simple as the Owner answered all our queries in a very timely, efficient manner. In fact, the Owner went above and beyond by providing recommendations, arranging taxis, etc., etc. beforehand. The Owner even arranged a wheelchair to be delivered to the Villa for one of our party who is disabled. We loved the location of the Villa in a quiet residential area providing tranquility but not too far away from Peyia Village and Coral Bay. We had seen photos and videos of the Villa on the website which prompted us to book, however these do not do the Villa justice in real life. The Villa inside is very modern and clean and filled with everything you would need on holiday to make the perfect stay (including bath and beach towels). We loved the little extras like the Amazon Alexa, Bose Speaker and even an electric egg boiler. We loved the mood lighting throughout the downstairs which provided a real ambience at nighttime and even the automatic blinds to stop the sun blaring in. I am an avid sports fan so was delighted to find that the TV box provided a plethora of sports channels, including live football. There is even an Amazon Firestick providing all UK catch up channels and even Netflix (not that we spent much time watching TV but was great for the kids). I must mention the beds which were extremely comfortable, allowing us to sleep like babies. They all have memory foam toppers. There was even a baby cot provided for our wee one at no extra charge. If we thought the inside was lovely, the outside area is even better. The pool was fantastic and very welcoming and many days were spent just lying around the pool on the sun loungers. We also spent many evenings on the patio area sipping local wine and beer. The outside table even had a drinks chiller in it to keep our drinks cold. The kids loved the swing chair. The Villa also came equipped with a gas BBQ which was very handy as I love BBQing. Well, what can we say about the views - these are amazing offering unobstructed panoramic sea and mountain views. Great at night time seeing Paphos town in the distance all lit up. We cannot recommend the Villa enough and would absolutely go back in a flash. A very relaxing holiday for us

Magnificent place!

What a magnificent villa, this is! As a family with two young kids, we had the best holiday we could think of. The villa was very clean, beautiful designed, very very comfortable, stunning view, kind neighbour and spacious. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet. We liked all the extras, like the Bose sound system, tv, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc. The beds are the best I ever slept in! (Maybe better than at home...) We arrived in the evening and it’s not easy to find the way, GPS doesn’t work in Cyprus. Luckily we had a good discription how to get there. Next day the lady of the management came by, she told us everything about the villa, the surroundings and nice places to go to. The pool was nice and warm (around 28 degrees) so the kids were swimming to whole day. I’ve worked in a four star hotel as a manager, so I think I know al lot about hospitality and how to ‘wow the costumer’. This place is without a doubt the best I’ve ever been in. Thank you for letting us stay!

Amazing Villa

What a fantastic holiday!! All because of the stunning villa we stayed in. Right from the beginning, the hosts were brilliant, making sure every queries and requests were taken care of promptly, efficiently and favorably. The villa was amazing with incredible, panoramic views of the mountain and sea beyond. Many evenings were spent just looking at these views whilst sipping a sundowner. The pool is fantastic. We were slightly concerned that we would not be able to use it during April, however the hosts have recently installed a heat pump which meant the pool was heated to the ideal temperature allowing us to swim everyday. Heaven!! The villa was perfect catering to all our requirements and more. It is decorated to a very high, modern standard with all mod cons and little extras included. My husband is an avid football fan and was delighted to learn that he could watch all the live games on TV. The TV box also had all the latest movies and TV shows and catchup services through the Amazon Firestick. The hosts even went so far as to provide an Amazon Alexa. When I did have to do the odd work email, the internet was great (hi speed). The villa was very comfortable and spacious. The beds were fantastic, and we slept like babies on the memory foam mattresses. The hosts were kind enough to give us a welcome pack for when we arrived which helped the settling in process. We arrived late at night so we didn’t have to rush out to the shop for essentials. The pack included a bottle of wine so we could have a glass or two by the pool. The hosts even organized a “meet and greet” with the property management company which was very helpful in giving us information regarding the villa and answering any questions that we had. There was a Guest Information book provided which gave recommendations on activities, sightseeing, bars and restaurants. We tried a number of these recommendations and were not disappointed. Overall, I would give Villa Ocean Breeze a 10 out of 10 and go so far as to say it is the best holiday villa we have stayed in. I would without hesitation, recommend Villa Ocean Breeze to all my family and friends. I have already made a booking to return next year.

Stunning villa both inside and out, with exceptional views!

I have just returned home with my family after spending 2 amazing weeks at Villa Ocean Breeze, so much so, we didn't want to leave! The villa inside was clean and decorated to a high standard with everything we needed and more, including loads of little added extras to ensure we enjoyed ourselves that little bit more. The pool was much bigger than we expected and did its job well by keeping us cool on those warm Cypriot days. The outside patio area is well equipped and the views were outstanding! We were well looked after by both the owners and their property management company, especially Grace who made sure we had a welcome pack on arrival, as our flight was so late, along with ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday, always being on hand if needed, which was very re-assuring. We were provided with detailed travel instructions, recommendations on restaurants/bars as well as suggestions of key attractions and found these really helpful. I could go on forever, as our holiday was just so relaxing and enjoyable, we got the opportunity to re-charge our batteries and the villa made all the difference. I would definitely come back and have no hesitation in recommending!
