This is a very good property in an excellent location close to Corallia beach , restaurants and shops . We were a party of 4 adults and an infant just under 2 years old and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa .

A fantastic stay

A great villa, immaculately presented and really well located for immediate amenities. We used the villa as a base and went off exploring some of the days with rest days in between at the pool. A superb holiday and I hope it won’t be the last time at Villa Marina

Fantastic Villa

We have stayed in quite a few villas but I have to say this one tops the list. Lovely location, quiet but everything within walking distance. Restaurants, Shops and beach on your doorstep. Weather was kind to us so we made good use of the pool. Host was very helpful.

A sunny week in Cyprus

Lovely villa set in a small, quiet development. Spacious garden with lots of sitting areas. Large variety of restaurants, although the main strip was closed when we were there. Very good bus service, and an excellent supermarket nearby.

Ideal villa

Location ideal for beach, pool, supermarket, souvenir shops, restaurants, easy drive to see places out and about. Very clean. Denise was very helpful when we locked ourselves out! We have had a lovey week on the villa.

Marina's villa is excellent for a wonderful, relaxing family holiday. Situated close to the wonderful Corallia beach and also witnin less than 10 minutes walk to Coral bay beach and town centre.The villa is very spacious, extremely clean and well presented. There is absolutely everything to make your stay a home from home experience.The pool is a very good size, situated in a good garden area and very well maintained.The communication with Marina throughout was excellent and she was extremely helpful. In addition to the welcome pack, Marina wonderful gesture for my daughter and my birthday was very much appreciated. We will definitely return.in.tje future and I would highly recommend Marina's villa for a family holiday.

Beautiful villa

The Villa is set in a lovely area with a homely overall feel. There are many good restaurants nearby and a fantastic supermarket for supplies if you prefer to cook at the Villa. Avakas Gorge is well worth a visit, wear sturdy footwear and be prepared for climbing! We had a minor issue which we reported to the owner and it was swiftly dealt with and it in no way affected our holiday and our group hope to return again next year.

Beautiful Villa with kindest host's

I could not have asked for more, this villa is one of the nicest villa's we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. The villa is spotless and well looked after. The host Marina could not have done more for us, from the start untill the end. She made sure we had everything we needed, including information about the area. Marina is the most loveliest host and does her very best to make sure we have everything we to have a lovely holiday. We have come home with lots of lovely memories and will definitely be returning.

Lovely Villa, superb location.

We had a great time at Villa Marina. The check in info was good. The Villa was superb with a really private pool area. Very clean and modern. A home from home. Great location. For those who don’t mind a brisk walk you don’t need a car. Although Maria at Nestor Maria rentals in Coral bay is a very cheap option for those who prefer a 3 minute drive to the Coral Bay Strip. Denise the contact in Cyprus is very accessible and was on hand to advise on an issue we had. We have been to Coral Bay on 6 other occasions and this is the best villa for overall package we have stayed in. We will be back.

Can we move in?

We loved our stay at Villa Marina. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that well behaved, but we still managed time in and around the pool. Very private pool area. We didn’t have a car this time as we wanted to relax, so if you don’t mind walking, everything is on your doorstep (sort of). Marina - you are one of a kind, have honestly never had such a wonderful host. Andrea is a great addition to your team, always available to help and advise. Attractive villa in quiet location near to beach

The villa is in a nice location within easy reach of local amenities and only 5 mins walk to Corallia Beach. The garden has lovely floral hedges which give privacy whilst you are in the pool. We were visited most days by a very friendly cat. In fact we noticed that there were an awful lot of cats on the island. The villa had all the facilities we needed and was in good condition. The owner, Marina was very helpful during the booking process and in the run up to our holiday. We were particularly pleased with welcome pack of bread, cheese, milk, wine etc as we arrived very late in the evening after local supermarkets were closed. There is much to see and do in Cyprus and we are already planning a further visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa as a couple with four teenagers!Firstly, the communication with the host was exceptionally good. From the booking, and throughout our stay, Marina was the perfect host. She also gave us excellent suggestions for transfers, restaurants and things to do during our holiday.We arrived late at night and there were a few thoughtful items in the fridge to tide us over before we could venture out to the supermarket (5 minutes walk) to stock up on supplies.The villa itself is very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you may need for an enjoyable stay. The bedrooms suited our party, with a double en suite for us, and two twin rooms for the four teenagers. The Aircon was efficient in all areas of the villa.The pool was clean and some inflatables were provided. It was very helpful to have pool and beach towels provided, as well as bathroom towels.We tended to take a walk to the café on the beach (5 minutes) for breakfast, lunch in the villa, and go to a restaurant at night. There are some fabulous places to eat nearby, with many of the more commercial places on the Coral Bay Strip a short walk away. The location was brilliant for us. The teens were able to easily explore independently by catching the regular bus into Paphos. One day we visited the waterpark. A must do with four energetic teens!We loved the area, and plan to be back soon.Many thanks to Marina for hosting us!

Wonderful week away

Had a wonderful week in Cyprus, and this villa was just the perfect base. The villa had everything we needed to create an extremely comfortable home-from-home experience, and the location couldn't be better especially with only a 5-10 minute walk to the local beach. Marina was the perfect host, and provided everything you could possibly need in advance, information wise, to make the whole experience from check-in to check-out as stress free as possible. The abundance of balconies and the outside pool/garden space were a particular highlight for us; and I am already missing those chilled morning cups of coffee sat outside in the warmth especially when the UK is so particularly miserable at the moment weather wise. You don't need a car to enjoy your visit as Coral Bay and its numerous bars and restaurants is only a 25 minute stroll away; but as driving in Cyprus is so easy (being we are from the UK) and we love to explore this is something to consider especially if you want to discover the 'real' Cyprus and don't want to use Public Transport. Highly recommend the villa and would not hesitate to stay here again if we were ever visiting the beautiful island of Cyprus.

Très belle maison à 2mn de la plage

Notre séjour c'est très bien déroulé grâce notamment à l'attention des maitres de maison qui ont été parfaite à tout moment. La maison est très bien entretenue, calme et fonctionnelle. La piscine est un vrai plus mais la mer (la très sympathique plage de Coralia Beach) est à deux minutes de la maison à pied. Le restaurant Antico a 10mn est aussi un vrai plus et permet de manger bon et pas trop cher pas loin (en revanche le restaurant de l'hôtel Coralia n'est pas vraiment une réussite). Nous n'avions pas loué de voiture aussi et si cela n'a pas été trop problématique pour un court séjour, il faut savoir que les bus de Paphos ne sont ni pratiques, ni sympathiques (quand ils n'essayent pas de vous arnaquer tout simplement). C'est un point à prendre en compte. Mais heureusement beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pieds si vous rechercher uniquement le farniente. Et surtout, la maison est parfaitement entretenue et une fois de plus, l'hospitalité et la gentillesse de Marina et Andrea feront vraiment beaucoup dans la qualité de votre séjour. A bientot !

Tolle Tage in einem schönen Haus in Coral Bay

Wir waren Anfang November 2022 für ungefähr 2 Wochen bei Marina zu Gast. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage in der kleinen Feriensiedlung in unmittelbarer Nähe des schönen Coral Bay Strandes. Der Garten ist gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt. Die hohen Hecken schützen vor den Blicken der Nachbarn. Hier hat man im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Häusern wirklich seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist sauber und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Es sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen für alle da. Wer ein Fahrzeug für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes nutzt, kann es sicher auf dem Grundstück im überdachten Carport abstellen. Die Einfahrt zum Carport kann durch ein Tor verschlossen werden. Eine Alarmanlage sichert das Haus für die Zeit, in der man sich am Strand oder auf Entdeckungstour in und um Paphos befindet. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befinden sich der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich, die Küche und ein Gästebad. Die 3 klimatisierten Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Alle Zimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über jeweils eigene Balkone, die zum Verweilen einladen. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine). Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen modernen TV. Für uns spielte eine gute Internetverbindung eine Rolle - sie war durchgehend verfügbar. Auf dem gesamten Grundstück und im Haus ist das WLAN ausreichend verfügbar, so dass man auch aus dem Garten heraus gutes Internet hat. Das Wetter war durchgehend sonnig - tagsüber Temperaturen von ca. 23 - 26 Grad, am Abend angenehme 16 - 18 Grad. Für Anfang November sind das sehr akzeptable Werte, die den abendlichen Spaziergängen z.B. zum Coral Bay Strip nicht im Wege standen. Wir hatten ausgesprochen schöne Tage bei unserem, nun schon 4. Besuch von Paphos / Pegeia / Coral Bay. Achso: Für die gesamte Dauer unseres Besuches stand uns eine liebe Managerin (Andrea) für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein ganz toller Service! Wer seinen Urlaub ebenfalls in dieser schönen Region von Zypern verbringen möchte, dem sei das Haus von Marina empfohlen. Wir werden gern wiederkommen. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße!

Great location, lovely villa and very private garden pool area

Lovely villa, very happy with our choice. Fully equipt kitchen with everything you need, 3 great sized bedrooms, although the sea veiw from the master bedroom is obscured by the trees from neighbouring garden. The pool and garden were fabulous and very happy with how secluded the garden is, very private and no one overlooking. Everything you need is catered for, good location, would definitely book this villa again

Another satisfied customer

The first thing to say is that communication with Marina deserves 10 stars. Never before have I come across such a responsive owner - never had to wait more than a few minutes for a reply. Likewise Rebecca and Terry who manage the property on site were also really helpful and went out of their way to assist us with the special needs we had. The accommodation is as described and as shown on the photos. Our only issue was with one of the shower curtains which was stained (albeit clean) and this was replaced with a new one as soon as we mentioned it. Sadly, we had to leave after only 4 of the 7 days we had booked for personal reasons - we would gladly have stayed longer.
