Worst villa ever
Dirty, urine stained mattress, receipts under the bed from April, one of the balconies upstairs is dangerous and unsafe, two out of the 4 smoke alarms did not work and they are all out of date. The fire extinguisher in the kitchen is out of date by 7 months. Extortionately overpriced.

Very nice house with all facilities and a great swimming pool well located for a lot of activities.
The property is nice and equiped with all the stuff needed for a 2 weeks stay. The swimming pool was much appreciated and the location gave us a lot of possibilities to discover the extended PAPHOS region. Communication with Tracy and Jim (the owners) and Lynn (local contact) was easy and welcome from the start. It was very easy to get all the information we were looking for. Great discovery of Cyprus in a great location and house with the free of charge insurance to have very good weather !

We had a lovely stay at the villa, everything we could have wanted was provided. A minor incident occurred during our stay which was expertly resolved within a matter of hours. Would recommend the villa to friends & family.

Amazing
We have just returned from a very relaxing week at Villa Harmony. The villa was very well equipped and had everything you could possibly need. The views from the pool area are amazing and the pool its self was great and the best way to cool down in the hot sun. We had a great time at the villa and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you

Beautiful villa with view
My partner and I enjoyed a great week at this villa in October 2021. The villa is very pretty and is well-located with views down to the sea which can be enjoyed from the pool and terraces. Air con machines are in the villa but were rarely needed as it was October. The pool was fairly cool but as the sun was so strong by day we enjoyed that. The only change we would suggest would be a softer master bed.

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Blick
Buchung ein halbes Jahr im Voraus hat super funktioniert. Wir hatten dann vor der Abreise nur das Problem, dass die Villa überbucht war und wir für die erste Nacht in ein Hotel mussten. Dies haben wir erst einen Tag vor der Anreise erfahren worüber wir nicht erfreut waren. Tracy war aber dann sehr bemüht alles zu klären. Die Villa selbst ist schon etwas alt aber trotzdem noch schön. Das eine Bad im oberen Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein. Der Ausblick ist aber herrlich. Pool könnte öfter gereinigt werden und der Wasserfall rinnt eindeutig zu wenig am Tag für diese Temperaturen im Sommer. Das Wasser des Pools wirkt trüb. Sonst war alles okay.

Good Location - villa in need of some TLC
Firstly, I would rate Villa Harmony between 3.5 - 4 stars. based solely on presentation and facilities. Although situated on the edge of the village of Peiga, (it is only a 5 minute drive away). You are surrounded by countryside and we walked daily up and down the hills that lead into farmland - we needed the exercise after all the food and drink we were consuming!! The Villa has plenty of outdoor space and a good size pool - although too cold to use during our stay. The various trees and shrubs are well maintained and there is adequate outdoor furniture, although the dining table chairs have excessive wear/holes in the seats, so will require replacing . Inside, the interior is cosy, perfect for the winter months. as the decor is rustic with a lot of rugs and soft furnishings. Plenty of space for everyone, with separate terraces leading off both first floor bedrooms. I have visited Cyprus before with my family, but not this area and I was overwhelmed by the friendliness of all the people we met. So warm and hospitable - we ate in the village of Peiga on a few occasions, the food was delicious, gigantic portions, plus lots of complimentary glasses of ouzo too!! Once the locals have met you, they stop to chat if they see you in the street - I felt like I had lived there for years!! We also ate at restaurants in Coral Bay -a short drive to the coast and various tavernas in Paphos - all excellent. Even though it was December, there were still lots of restaurants and bars open for business. We spent three weeks at Villa Harmony over the Christmas holidays, (precious times with my Dad) we all had a fabulous time and enjoyed every minute - even shopping at Paphos was a breeze on Christmas eve compared to the UK!! Feel totally refreshed and ready for the New Year! Lastly, just to mention, there were quite a few issues we found with the Villa, where maintenance and presentation were not satisfactory., hence the 3.5 - 4 star rating. We did meet the property agents, who were lovely and I am sure would have attended to any issues raised, We just wanted to enjoy our holiday and spend time together and address the issues we found ourselves.
