We have been to Cyprus in the Coral Bay area together for the past 4 years so know the area well and this was the first time staying in this villa.
The villa was lovely and matched the pictures shown very well. We did find that the villa was not the best equipped considering it sleeps 8 people; there were only 6 Sun beds which we were told is standard but seemed strange to us. The BBQ was also tiny and hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived so we ended up using the oven alongside the BBQ to cook some evenings.
The villa also didn’t come with basics you would expect on arrival such as washing up liquid, toilet roll, bin bags etc., so we had to go to the supermarket as soon as we arrived to get some necessities.
In terms of location, the villa is a little off the beaten track which means it is nice and quiet….except for the building works happening next door which were extremely loud!!! It’s about a 20min walk to the main strip which wasn’t too bad but I think if we go again next year we will try to find somewhere a bit closer to the beach.
I also found the villa in need of a few repairs - we had multiple broken sunbeds, the egg chair was starting to break and one of the blinds was broken too. I reported this all to Elena during our stay.
