Was a stunning location very peaceful a real hidden gem, had a great equipped kitchen everything you needed beds were super comfy! Views were stunning Tracy was a great host lots of information and great communication will definitely be back again!

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views in great location. Photos do not do it justice. My husband and I have been coming to the Paphos region for 20 years. Laura Hills is one of the best villas we have stayed in. Set in a peaceful part of Peyia, the villa is equipped with everything you need to have a fantastic family holiday. Tracy & Nicos were wonderful hosts prior to our arrival, provided a generous welcome pack (including our favourite Cypriot beer & wine) & went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. The villa is very clean & all rooms are fully air conditioned. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A lovely dining area & relaxing lounge area with large tv; has sports & access to Netflix too. WiFi was also appreciated. We used both bedrooms upstairs. Both have their own en-suite which my tween daughter was delighted about. Beds are very comfortable, high quality bed linens & fully air conditioned. Both bedrooms have balconies which open out to stunning views overlooking Peyia and the Coral Bay coastline. Outdoors there is a large wraparound terrace with both sunny and shaded areas to relax and sunbathe. The pool was lovely with a shower area & cleaned every couple of days. We also had a mid-stay clean too which was much appreciated. We had a late flight home & Tracy kindly gave us a late check out so we were still able to relax on our last day. We had a lovely stay at Laura Hills. Tracy and Nicos met us and were great hosts. The villa was perfect for myself and my husband, well appointed and spotlessly clean. We know Cyprus well and have stayed in many villas, Laura Hills is pur favourite and we will be staying there again soon.

Fabulous

We have stayed in numerous villas in Peyia over the last 10 years and this has been the best by far. The location is perfect, with great views. The villa is a great size and plenty big enough for 6 adults, with enough sunbeds (very comfortable) and parasols. The owners have obviously spent a lot of money on renovations and everything is high quality, including the beds and cotton linen. There is nothing lacking in this villa, plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels, which is great as there is no need to pack any. There is even a cooler bag and ice packs to take to the beach. The welcome pack was great too, meaning no urgency to visit the supermarket. The host, Tracy, is very helpful and responsive to messages and is very knowledgeable about the area and places to visit. This really is a superb villa and i would highly recommend it for a relaxing break.

Amazing!

My parents and my partner stayed for 2 weeks early September. The villa is immaculate with everything you could ever need. There was also a mid stay clean which was lovely and kept the villa clean for our whole stay. The beds were comfortable and the pool lovely. The views spectacular and such a convenient location. Tracy was amazing from start to finish. She provided us with lots of great tips and good places to visit/eat and was always available if needed and so helpful whenever I contacted her. We will definitely back. Thank you Tracy!

Incredible Views

We had a wonderful stay at Laura Hills. The hosts were super helpful throughout our stay. The villa had all day sun, the welcome pack was very generous and Tracy ensured the pool was attended too three times a week, the mid stay clean was completed quickly and with very little disruption. We were lucky enough to see some goats at the back of the villa on the mountain too. We have been to Cyprus for 9 years in a row and will definitely return to Laura Hills.

Fantastic villa and perfect views

Our stay could not have been better! This spacious villa was perfect for our 2 week stay (3 adults & 2 kids aged 17 & 13). Initially our 17yo was not joining us on this holiday however at the last minute booked a flight for the 2nd week, Tracy was more than happy to accommodate at no extra charge (thank you!). Check in was great, Nicos met us and showed us around the property despite our flight getting in 4 hrs late and us not getting to Peyia until 3am. At all times Tracy kept in contact with us. We had a late flight home and Tracy was more than happy to let us stay at the villa until the evening, again a massive thank you! The villa is immaculate, spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The outdoor area provides the most amazing views of the sea and surrounding area. The location is ideal and close to Coral Bay restaurants and the beaches (we prefer Corallia). We visited Agios St Georges harbour where there is a small beach and we swam with the sea turtles. The restaurants in Peyia are definitely worth a visit . Tracy and Nicos are brilliant hosts, who provided an amazing welcome pack and who are very easy to be contacted - they could not have been more helpful. We will, without a shadow of doubt, be back to stay in this beautiful villa.

Great Villa

Pure bliss

A beautiful villa with outstanding sea views. It was great to wake up in the morning and look out across the ocean. The villa is really comfortable and such a relaxing place to stay. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Great hosts too. Communication and recommendations excellent!

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten richtig entspannte 14 Tage in der Villa Laura Hills. Der Ausblick ist wirklich atemberaubend: tagsüber mit dem Blick auf Berge und Meer und abends, wenn das Lichtermeer funkelt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und der große Pool einfach ein Traum. Tolle Strände und jede Menge Tavernen mit Meerblick in der Umgebung. Tracy und Nico sind sehr sympathisch und kümmern sich prima um ihre Gäste. Gerne wieder!

Our stay at Laura hills has been amazing! We have been coming to Cyprus for 20+ years, staying all over the island and we can honestly say this villa and whole holiday experience this time has been brilliant! Don't Be Fooled by the Vrbo Photos and description

Laura Hills is set on the side of a hill on the edge of the town settlement, an ideal setting with views and tranquillity. However, don’t be fooled by the Vrbo photos and description. 3 week wedding anniversary celebration holiday ruined. Holiday cut short by 3 days; no earlier flights available. AVOID- here’s why: • Ugly brown 2.75m high brown tarpaulin screen around almost half of the pool, blocking out view over valley- not in photos • First week- dogs in shelter bordering property barking throughout the night disturbing our sleep(neighbour informed us it was a puppy farm); Nicos sorted this after the first week • New house under construction at the bottom of the drive 80m away; the builders started as early as 6.30 am and finished at 3pm; weekends and bank holiday and one night included; noises excessively intrusive: tile cutting with grinders, cement mixers, drilling, chiselling, 4 hours of nonstop chain sawing one Saturday morning; radio on loud on roof at full volume; spotlight on shining right across onto the villa. • CCTV overlooking the drive and part of the swimming pool. The villa is mostly well-maintained and clean but not 5-star quality,eg: • showers are old ‘cubicle-type’ with mixer tap showers not thermostatically controlled, scald hazard • there are several loose floor tiles both inside and outside the villa, trip hazard • back door doesn’t shut easily • bed in the main bedroom creaks badly Tracy and Nicos seemed aware of these issues.

Great view

Tracy & Nicos were great hosts. We got a very warm welcome and they explained everything in detail. They also shared a lot of local recommendations with us. The house is big and the interior is fitting. You will at home. The outside area is nice as well. The view is great at day and at night. There are many umbrellas and shadow places. The pool is big and cleaned regularly. There is a green fabric fence to the neighbor which is not looking good and disturbing. But all in all we really felt comfortable. Thanks again!

A Little Piece of Magic!!!

My husband & I have recently returned from our holiday at this wonderful villa. Tracy & Nicos were there to welcome us and show us around they couldn’t have been better hosts. The villa itself has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The sofas & bed were very comfortable and there was air conditioning throughout. We had such a relaxing time, sunbathing around the pool (which was immaculate), whilst enjoying an early evening bottle of wine on the terrace with the amazing panoramic sea views. We didn’t want to come home. We have visited Paphos many times and this holiday was blissful and one of the best, thanks to the high standard of the villa and it’s furnishings. Looking forward to returning to Laura Hills next year. Thank you once again for everything Tracy & Nicos.

Cyprus revisited!

The property was very nice and well kept. However, the drive was exceptionally steep, to such an extent that we didn’t want to use it, and whilst the property has lovely panoramic views, it is located next to waste land, which is rather disappointing. Overall, the accommodation was very good and Tracy was very help in suggesting where to visit and eat.

A stunning villa

We all had a fabulous time staying at this beautiful villa. Tracy and Nico welcomed us on our arrival and gifted us with a generous welcome pack which included some much needed essentials. Villa Laura Hills is stunning from top to bottom. Location, views and facilities, are all anyone could hope for. I 100% recommend this villa, and hopefully we will vist again very soon.

This is our 3rd stay at this villa 5 STARS The house is amazing set in the beutiful hills of peyia it has amazing views over to the sea and views of the hills with its very private gardens and pool and a lovely summers much needed afternoon breeze The house is really clean and confortable with all you need and much more real home from home feel and the owners are so welcoming from there very minute you book nothing is to much trouble The welcome pack is first class everything you need to start your holiday we have been visiting cyprus for many years and this is one of our favorite villas and will most certainly return again Thank you Tracey and Nicos for the use of your lovely villa

First time in Cyprus

We spent our first holiday in Cyprus here. The house is in a very nice location and offers a lot of amenities. Unfortunately the pool was too cold to swim in it. The renters were always very helpful and we didn't feel left alone.

A great experience in a wonderful location.

The property is exceptional. The views over the Mediterranean are superb. A few minutes drive to beaches and restaurants. We were there in the quiet season but most of the restaurants in nearby Coral Bay were open. My first visit to Cyprus and a memorable one.

Zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Erholung pur. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Ein schöner Urlaub, auch wenn dieses Jahr wegen COVID alles schwieriger war.
