The home features an open concept kitchen/dining/living area (w futon), a 16x16 screen porch, a full-length lake-facing deck, 3 bedrooms (3 queen size beds),and a 3-season room. High-speed wifi, washer/dryer, and charcoal grill available. No dishwasher. No fire pit.

There is walk access on the property to the corps line and the lakeshore.

Electric and in-water hookup available directly next to home for RV/campers. RV retirees: this would be a nice place to stop to hook up and enjoy time with family that could stay in the house- while you have your home parked next to the screen porch and deck.

There is a stocked minibar and beverage fridge for your convenience - on honor system to leave a bit of cash or to replace what you use.

Property is ideal for group fishing trips, family get-togethers, or a weekend getaway. Students and educators: The internet connection and seclusion also make it a good venue to finish papers, research, cram for exams, or work through grading without interruption.

The location on the side of a steep hill is not kid-friendly. No pets.
