"This beach house is absolutely perfect! So adorable and clean! It was right across from the beach with a quaint back yard and partial ocean views from the front. The rooms were so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. This home was very reasonably priced and managed very well by Kristine. Kristine is very hospitable, very sweet and also responds quickly. Fantastic experience. We will definitely come back again. If you are looking for a beach house, stop looking...

"Beautiful property with an especially nice pool area that's surrounded by gorgeous trees. The cottage is charming, and has many private spaces for spreading out and getting some downtime. The living area is large and airy, great for relaxing with others and watching shows, movies, sports. Minutes from Wades Beach, which is really pretty and laid back."

"The communications with the owner couldn't have been better. They made every accommodation that we asked. The house was completely as advertised and clean. We had a great time and would love to book the house again in the future. Highly recommend for a quick getaway of the City! Especially during Covid. Thanks again!"

"We enjoyed the location of the property, and the check-in process was easy and well-organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. While the space has a lot of potential, there were a few aspects that could be improved. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described, very well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is ideal for exploring the Hamptons, with convenient access to Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and Bridgehampton. We would definitely recommend this property to others visiting the area."

"Very comfortable. Did not use any property amenities. Loved the location. A lot of thought in making the property very welcoming. "

"Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach. Being so close to the beach made it incredibly easy to go back and forth for lunch, grab anything we needed, and the return to the beach without any hassle. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We loved the convenience of the location and being able to enjoy the beach while still having all the comforts of home...

"It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive."
