"The owners gave us a lovely welcome and explained everything very clearly in English. The house is beautiful and spacious with a wonderful large and safe pool, with lots of loungers, although only one umbrella. We used the pizza oven with wood supplied for us and also the barbecue. Sitting in the outdoor dining area with the beautiful view of the lit up pool and the hills beyond was heaven. The kitchen was very well equipped. "The villa was a beautiful home to send our our time in Tuscany, Italy. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and baths. We had a special meal cooked by a local chef, Rachel. "A perfect villa for a large family. The air conditioning in the upstairs and first floor sleeping areas worked very well. There is no AC in the basement sleeping area or the common areas, but they remained relatively cool. The outdoor area has a great pool, patio, and olive grove/garden. The location is very secure and within easy driving of pretty much anywhere you may want to visit in Tuscany. Do yourself a favor and avoid booking through VRBO. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in fees...
