Villa Tila is suitable for a group of 8 people who can be accommodated in 4 cosy bedrooms. It is located on a 1150 m2 plot dominated by a refreshing private pool. The garden is beautifully manicured and spacious so that everyone can find their relaxation spot, while the lush greenery provides ample shade on hot summer days. The villa is divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of a living room, or rather an entertainment room with a small kitchen and a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor is the living and dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Villa Tila is a perfect holiday home for families and groups looking for privacy and relaxation, while the location offers many opportunities for day trips in magical Istria.Villa Tila is located in Zbrlini, a small village near Pazin in central Istria. The Pazin Cave and Pazin Castle, which inspired the French writer Jules Verne to write his novel Mathias Sandorf, are just a short drive from the villa. For the brave, there is also a zipline above the cave. Central Istria is known for its small, picturesque, medieval towns.

During your stay in Istria, visit the episcopal complex of the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco heritage) in the historic centre of Pore (approx. 30 km) and the well-preserved Roman amphitheatre in Pula (approx. 45 km) or simply enjoy yourself on a beach of your choice near Porec, Rovinj, Rabac or Pula. During your stay at Villa Tila you should also enjoy local specialities and a good glass of Istrian Malvazija.
