We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was charming and cozy, with an amazing view that made every morning special. It was spotless, very well-stocked, and had everything we needed, including an extremely comfortable bed, we felt right at home. There were plenty of activities—boating, hiking, and fishing kept us entertained throughout our trip. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Brenda and Aaron were outstanding hosts. Brenda was so informative about all the land and the story behind it is quite remarkable. The care and thought that they've put into cabin and the Flowing Springs area exceeded all our expectations. Bed was comfy. Pond was amazing. There is a lot to see and do. It was a place to totally relax and we found such Peace! Everything we needed was there. We did not want to leave. Thank you both so much for making this trip so memorable! Anyone going there will not be disappointed! We will definitely be back.

This little cottage is adorable! The property is like stepping into a Hans Christian Anderson storybook. When we arrived, Brenda and Aaron met us to give an orientation with an invitation to walk us around the property and tell us the story and point out the many interesting trees, berries, spaces and pathways. Around dinner time we were met by a full grown female elk who was raised on the property and begs for carrots like a dog. On the last day, she brought her daughter to say hi. A handful of ducks are constantly around the pond. There is a little island in the middle where we had snacks at the table, lounged in the chairs, and fished. We got there by using the provided paddle boat. At night, we sat in the jacuzzi and watched as the many fairy lights came on around the cottage and grounds. Inside, we were surprised to see that the mini fridge is completely stocked with drinks, snacks and other essentials. All complimentary! Which is saying something considering that the kitchen also has some wine, beer and sparkling grape juice. More snacks in a basket on the counter. And another bunch of pastries on a little kitchen table. We couldn’t have eaten all of the goodies if we tried. The bed is on the firm side but clearly a high end mattress. Even the medicine cabinet had about everything you’d expect if you had to call down to the concierge desk at a nice hotel. Lots more to talk about but we’d definitely go back but the cottage, tree house, or sail boat? Hmm…

The Enchanted Cottage

I just returned from a very peaceful and beautiful summer solstice weekend at "The Enchanted Cottage". The cottage was incredibly comfortable, and the grounds were magical. Our host Brenda was the best and I feel a friendship with her only after 2 days. The quiet and serenity that I felt being here was something that was long overdue. We all hustle and bustle through life and forget to take time to enjoy what is really important. This is such a short journey...the little things really should matter. Thank you, Brenda, and I cannot wait to stay with you again.

This was our 2nd stay at the cottage and already looking forward to our next stay!! Such a lovely property! The hosts Brenda and Aaron are so kind and treated us as family!! The cottage is comfortable and just the right size. The pond is beautiful and we love the fishing and the pedal boat! It’s very peaceful and relaxing just kicking back in a seat and enjoying the scenery, the birds, ducks, geese, elk (Matilda) and the gentle breeze!!! Brenda provides treats/snacks so as the stay is bed and breakfast like. The location is close enough to town that you could easily run out for anything you need!! Favorite place to stay! Highly recommend!!

This was an absolutely beautiful and isolated. We loved every minute we were there. Aaron was a wonderful host and very informational and we loved it . The pond and ducks were so cute! We even got to see a cow up close which was amazing. We are 100% coming back !

Amazing cottage

I have never been so impressed with a weekend rental. Everyone single thing listed was as stated and some of the perks were even better! The hostess was extremely hospitible and planned for any ammenitoes a guest from out of town could need.

Beautiful property in quiet neighborhood

Brenda and Aaron were fantastic owners. They take pride in their property. The nights were peaceful and quiet. We didnt have time to make use of all the amenities, but having the options was wonderful. The cottage we stayed in was clean, stocked with snacks, the bed was comfortable. We will be recommending family and friends to book here for all trips to Payson.

Beautiful Peaceful Getaway and Exceptional Hosts

Our stay at the Pond House was truly a delight. The tranquil setting of overlooking the water, both from inside and outside the house, provided the perfect opportunity to experience quiet time again. The evening visits from Matilda and her little one were a charming highlight that made our experience even more special. We're so glad we followed the advice of others and booked a third night—it was well worth it. Even with the extra time, there’s still more we wish we could have done. We truly hope to return in the future. A heartfelt thank you to Brenda, Aaron, and Max for being such exceptional hosts!

Absolutely breathtaking

This place is better than a dream. The water is crystal clear, the scenery is absolutely serene, and the owner is lovely. The cottage is fully stocked with all the snacks (chips, crackers, meat trays, milk, beer, wine…even an onion), and travel items you may have forgotten. The cottage is cozy and comfortable. We will be back!

Unique stay must visit

This is our fourth yr visiting this site. Peaceful and serene. Great place to relax and unwind you can stay connected or turn off your WiFi for phones and enjoy your quiet time. Everything is clean and well stocked Brenda thinks of everything. Brenda and her son Aaron are so helpful with anything you may need but also give you your space. This yr was my first yr to feed Matilda the elk she was beautiful she let me pet her she visited three nights that we saw her. Brenda and Aaron feel like family. We look forward to visiting many yrs to come.

Best birthday getaway

This was just the best experience. Brenda is amazing! Her property is stunning and she makes sure you have everything you need! She gave us the full tour, provided fishing poles and tackle box, peddle boats and canoes, and the kitchen is stocked! The hot tub was a dream. The view from the deck at night is magical. Plus beautiful hike, wildlife, and more. I hope to cone back often!
