The star of the property is the massive multi-level deck overlooking a beautiful, year-round creek. Relax around the huge fire pit with 12 Adirondack chairs, unwind in the massive hot tub perched just above the water, or let the kids explore the zip line through the trees, flying saucer swing, sand table, and outdoor basketball hoop. The upper deck features a one-of-a-kind glass pergola with a table and art supplies for kids—fully adjustable with opening/closing ceiling and walls so you can enjoy it in any weather.
Inside, the home has been fully remodeled with spacious bathrooms and a stunning kitchen, stocked with everything you need—including s’mores sticks for evenings by the fire. The large dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating for 2 at the island. A mini-split system throughout the home allows you to customize heating and cooling in each area for maximum comfort year-round.
The basement is a kid (and adult) dream hangout, featuring a TV lounge, basketball shooting game, pinball machine, skee-ball machine, and a variety of games. It also includes a custom 3-level bunk setup with three king beds, perfect for groups and families.
Upstairs, the open loft (no door) offers a cozy queen bed, plus a private balcony with a telescope—perfect for stargazing under Arizona’s clear skies. There is also a pack n play for your convenience.
On the main level is a primary bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a king bed.
Throughout the home, huge windows bring the outdoors in, offering peaceful views of the forest and frequent wildlife sightings.

***This is a family cabin in a small residential community, and our HOA covenants limit who can occupy the home. Bookings must be for either:
A family group — up to 13 people, related by blood, marriage, or adoption (parents, kids, grandparents, siblings, in-laws, cousins), or
A group of up to 3 adults who aren't related
**CCS1 EV charger (non-Tesla) available for use $25/day. Bring your own adapter if needed to use with Tesla vehicles.
***No more than 4 vehicles are allowed without written permission
*The occupancy limit set by the city for our cabin is 13 so we cannot allow more than 13 guests at a time.
